We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwedenBreakfast was standard continental but without much variety. The service was slow, and many a times the dishes were empty. It could be that the staff was overwhelmed, it being Easter weekend. The bed sofa in triple rooms are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. It felt the bed had only springs.
The hotel was clean. Location was perhaps the best point about the hotel.

SwedenParking in the front of hotel below to hotel, but unfortunately without control who and how leave car, so actually very bad organisation without interest and respect to guests which really need place for car. In same time not cheap / budget price what sometimes can be excuse, but not this time. So we and many more guests was without place for car what is unacceptable. Very nice and stylish room but poor bathroom with broken lights, so far away from rooms level of quality and style.

BrazilThe room did not have a good smell, I had the impression it was not that clean, There was a gum at the wall. the Lights in the room are very dim, There is no frigobar at the room. Bed Sofá is very bad even for a child.
Parking was easy and free at the location , available coffe and tea at the reception and kids playground at the lobby.
