The possibility to connect a computer to the TV via HDMI would have been nice. Be sure to check the text sent from the hotel prior to checkin. It said checkout at 12 but the information in the hotel (elevator and room) said 11.

We have been staying here for a couple of years now. The accomadations work well for basic work travel needs, but It may be time to start changing the mattresses because ours had a centered indentation causing us to roll to the center.

There was no information i saw when i booked that indicated that there was no reception. Did not mind that much at first, but my last day it also meant there was no place to leave my bags during the day and i had to bring them out with me. Confusing entrance through a restaurant.

The staff were exceptionally helpful especially with a late check in after our flight was delayed by hours. The hotel is in a fantastic central location surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, cafes etc. The breakfast was great. We literally arrived after midnight and departed by 09.00 that morning to continue our journey so there's not much else I can report on the hotel.

Generally room was hyper small. Of course, nothing surprised according to informations on the Booking page. But anyway, we had a problem to open 2 carry-on luggages. No even a bootle of water in room (we arrived at night, without options to buy it outside - we needed to walk to the hotel Comfort to buy something in the bar).

Location was great. Just downtown of Ostersund. Close to the bust stop bound to the airport and also to some spots like restaurants, etc. Crew was absolutely amazing - talkative, suggestive about things to do. Also breakfast: so rich, delicious and full of options. We didn't expected so delicious breakfast after get very tiny room. It was much better than in some branded hotels.

The double bed was smaller than normal, which was not said in the booking. The room was also tight.

Well, you need to understand there is nothing more than a room to sleep in and breakfast. Location is great , just by the Stortorget in middle of most evening activities.

Breakfast was the best of it all! And with that said, there is nothing more to comment. The hotel consists of a breakfast room and a sleeping room. Thats it. But often , this is what you need. The few staff you meet are great!

No lobby. Entering by code, which we could not open on smartphone. Breakfast started on Sunday one hour later, to late for us with respect to our flight. We got a bread, but ... Noisy, becayse of some airco or the like. Only with open window, but that is what we like.

The "night entrance" elevator is up a small set of stairs (around 10 steps) - this could be an issue for disabled guests or those bringing strollers, etc. The staff told us this will be fixed in the future, however. The breakfast kitchen is a little small, and for example only has one coffee machine (that was also the only way to get tea water).

Great location just by Stortorget (although a little hard to find), with many restaurants and shops nearby. Frösön, with swimming and other activities, is only around 15 minutes away by walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast selection, especially hot foods. Convenient code locked doors minimize the need for carrying keys around. The bathrooms were very clean and the room gave a neat impression.
