A very minor thinh: I missed regular milk yoghurts (there were only lactose-free options), and I would not have minded a pair of slippersin the room.

No a big deal, but there were no curtains on the window in room. 8 PM and door closed (and u have to use dedicated pass code). Not an issue really but kinda weird :)

I couldn't manage to be on breakfast time in hotel, so they prepared small breakfast-bag. Surprise. Thanks.

Maybe the only minus I could personally find was that all the information was in swedish - in the hotel, in the lobby and even in the message from the hotel on booking, I know its the most popular destination among Swedish citizens but still as international tourist I wouldnt mind more information in English and no need to copy everything to Google Translate. The reception was open only till 16, but its out of season so I fully understand. We got the information how to enter the building etc. via booking (but again it was very long message in Swedish only). Otherwise all great ! Fully recommend!

Hotel had absolutely amazing location. In the heart of the Visby Old Town, literally next door to the Gotland Museum and additionally in the very old beautiful, historical building which was fully renovated. The room was modern and clean, the bathroom tiny but everything necessary was there. In the room was also hairdryer, safebox and minibar. Breakfast was very tasty with huge variety of products, Additionally in the lobby there was tea/coffee and small sweet snacks available all day. There was also storage for luggage if necessary. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can complain is that the TV at the room seemed to have its features locked. For example there was no YouTube application and no way to cast videos from my phone despite being a Smart TV

Breakfast was good but not excellent. Nice with pancakes and cake - but don’t serve scrambled eggs if you use mix and not real eggs.

Tastefully decorated, newly renovated. Very clean, lovely bed. nice staff and perfect location. We will come back.

A bit disappointed about my small one bed room. It only had roof windows and was on the smaller side. Though I understood that there at the time was a lot of vacancies, a larger room, or a room with a window would had been better.

Had to wait a bit extra over a check-in time, but it’s not a big deal. “fringe” of a shower glass door was missing and water was leaking through that gap and all floor in a bathroom became wet. No separate beds.

We woke up after 8AM because the room above was cleaned with vacuum cleaner. Luckily the operation was quick, though. :)

Fridge in the room was not functional but was going to be looked at once we left. No issues, the staff got us ice instead.

The rooms were not cleaned, or tidied up during the stay, but to be fair we were staying there over the long Easter weekend and there was limited staff availability.

Excellent location, within short walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and attractions of the Visby innercity. The classic rooms are a bit small, but nicely decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and served in a fantastic room. The hotel doesn't have parking, however, the suggested parking near the library is a 2-min walk from the hotel.
