DenmarkYou don't get your room before 6PM, and you have to be out at 9AM, because it's part of the exhibition. However, you are kinda awkwardly stuck in the lobby, if you haven't planned anything for the night. Dinner restaurant seemed more expensive than other restaurants in the area.
The sleeping bags were very warm, so we slept comfortably. You get a private locker for your things, but the rooms are open, and only closes work a blanket. Nice exhibition, lots of different ice rooms to see. Breakfast included was good. There are several activities to book at the Adventure Center, but you have to be quick, because they'll fill up quickly. Overall worth it.

AustraliaThe warm rooms were too hot and we could not turn the heater down. The thermometer inside the room showed 28-30°C and we found it to be too hot for us. Some dishes in our room needed a rewash when we arrived. The shower was very basic/small. USB charging point hard to locate but managed to charge via TV USB port. Reception staff a bit miserable. Otherwise, all good.
Great location and great hotel activities. The hotel is a must see. Beautiful art and concepts. Guests are well cared for. Breakfast was divine but limited dietary options. Northern Lights tour photo: a fellow took the photo of northern lights, only a good camera snapped it. Accompanied by friendly hotel tour guides.

TurkeyYou can not free early check in even one hour. I can understand if the room was not ready clients should wait but when the room is ready and empty you should make free early check in because after long way and cold weather people need to rest as much as quikly.
Hotel is perfect. You can see northern lights in hotel you don’t need to go anywhere but you need camera to see it so you should look the sky with camera if you have good phones you can see. Rooms are clean and warm. Breakfast very diverse and delicious. there are two sauna one of free other of charge. there is a lot of activites you can do. The restorant has lunch menu open buffet around 17 euro per person and included soop, main courses ,drinks, fruit, deserts. You can come with regular winter clothes because hotel gives free snow clothes and special shoess. I am so glad for those clotes because without that clothes we could be frozen. If you want to cook there is a supermarket 500 metres away. Hotel also close to airport.

The staff was excellent; always smiling, ready to help and cheerful. The residence was clean, warm and had all the necessary facilities. Food was good. The experience of staying in such a far away place with all modern facilities and support was amazing.
