Romania36 Reviews7 helpful votesGoodYou need to ask to have the room cleaned, sheets changed etc. Warning to business travelers - invoice is released when checking out, earliest one day before. For long trips this could be very inconvenient. Breakfast average, identical each day.
Superior rooms are fine, clean. In my case, was fairly quiet too. Nothing other that other guests mentioned. Soft mattress was not a problem for me.

Because once we knew, the parking is very convenient. You basically enter parking ay the backside of the hotel. The hotel reception is in the bar. When we arrived there was live music. Which made it crowded in the bar but also hard to understand the check-in details. In the morning there apparently was a meeting in the hotel which made it very crowded at the breakfast buffet. But once they started it was nice a quiet again.
The location is good, you can walk in the city or to the waterfront. Breakfast was good. Room was small but sufficient.

Denmark1 review“Short but sweet! With a pin of pain”First visit to this hotel, loved the hospitality, the breakfast! Perfect Swedish breakfast 👌! But unfortunately didn’t like the low ceiling in the room! I changed my room due to being to small in the first place, later got a room that had a lowering ceiling where the bed is. Hit my head 2 times really hard! But I was there’s only for one night so didn’t bother to tell the staff, and that I have already changed my room once, so didn’t wanted to be the annoying customer! So I wouldn’t recommend giving a room like that to tall people, because while getting up from bed, my head hit the ceiling! :( other than that hurtful part, I’m satisfied with everything else. I loved the location! Being so close to so many shops, had a good shopping tour!!

A guest dropped a barbecue tong and after 10 seconds or so another guest picked it up unto the brunch. Staff was present the whole time but didn't do anything before I handed them the tong.
The breakfast had more dishes than expected. Staff is friendly.
