I wonder why the breakfast it not downstairs since there is a restaurant. It's nearby in other hotel, but we didn't mind to walk a bit (nice weather, no hurry). Someone else could find it uncomfortable.

Beautiful location, ok breakfast and the hotel building was quite unique. Air condition was a big plus since it was very hot day and night. Clean, comfy room.

The reception onsite is only open for a few hours during the day. But it is understandable.

Excellent location on the beach with many restaurants downstairs, gas station and shopping center nearby. Room is comfortable and great size for family with small kids. The views on their balconies are unbeatable. It was our 2nd annual summer trip in this hotel, still love it, plan to return next year.

Very good view at the Baltic Sea, great breakfast at the other hotel which was only 1-2 minutes of walking in the sunny Swedish morning. Spacious room with a couch to work on and comfy beds to sleep later.

Initially we thought it was too spartan but the restaurants in the area, the close location to Kalmar and the Oland island made up for it all

The room was clean, communication with stagg before arrival good. You don't see staff during your stay but get access to your key through a code. The breakfast area was being refurbished but we were able to eat at Hotel Skanssen nearby

There was no "minus" for us as we have no handicaps and don't need barrier-free access. As the reception was closed and we entered by the key box that was great for us but there's an outdoor staircase any walking-handicapped person couldn't manage to get to the rooms.

Great location at the harbour. Shops and restaurants nearby. Clean room with comfy beds, nice views, bath/shower Ok, fridge, coffeemaker. Breakfast in the hotel nearby was really great. A very good starting point for locations to Ölands north and south. Totally fine.

The little balcony and the view of the sea. Great restaurant downstairs and we skipped the breakfast on the second day and grabbed a cinnamon roll at the local bakery which is 1 min walk from the apartment. Was great.

when you entered the room there was an intense smell. the balcony was not cleaned at all. the bathroom had black mould at the shower (wasn’t properly cleaned for some time). both lamps at the bed were not working. the tv had only 4 channels. every point by it self might not be too bad but for that amount of money I would expect clean and working facility. additionally there was an alarm at the harbour for the whole night.

the location is great and having a balcony looking at the sea is very nice. the breakfast at the other hotel was rich and very good. check in is very easy.

The spring of my bed was not OK. The lights in the room can be improved. The bathroom should has a ventilation because it cause the whole room get stuffy after showering.

The restaurant of the hotel was already closed for the season, and the restaurants next door closed the kitchen already around 7:30 pm.

The location is exceptional. Beautiful view of the sea, nice balcony, easy to park next to hotel. Wonderful breakfast with charming service.
