Screen sharing does not work, staff did not want to help. Seems to be a normal problem according to staff. Sad when you only wanna relax on room and cant see want you want.

Really nice hotel in the middle of Piteå. Large comfortable rooms with an amazing view (we stayed at floor 12). Amazing restaurant on the top floor (Restaurang Tage) with superb food and gorgeous view over the city. They also have a nice rooftop bar. Very friendly staff.

- curtains were closed when entering the room, tables were placed on the couch, chairs were placed on the bed, chair placed on the table, gave a very weird first impression, sink was a bit clogged, light button in bath room was stuck, so no mirror light to do make up, toilet paper was thin, was missing a phone to call reception, staff didn't ask on checkout what we thought (so didn't get asked for feedback), wifi was not secure

The only complaint I have is the SPA. Nice facilities, but WAY to busy to be a relaxing experience. Multiple kids running around. Too noisy. And I think it is a complete failure on behalf of Kust to allow that many period in the same space during covid times. I know the rules allow it, but management should do their part and limit visitors so that a safe experience can be had, for everyone. Would not go to the SPA again based on my experience.

Great breakfast. Only 100sek to get delivery to room. Worth it. Beautiful and clean building all around. Dinner at Tages was excellent. Best peppersteak I've had. All three courses delicious. Clean rooms. Comfy beds.

Tried to book a massage at the spa a few times and was told it was closed, when I tried to book a third time it was booked out… maybe they should try review people requesting the spa that are guests before letting others book it?

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly, the spa ritual was fantastic ! Dinner at Tage was so lovely the food is great and the cocktails . The room was very spacious , very clean and so cosy !

The charging speed for electric vehicles is too slow: there should be a three-phase 16A charging station so that the car is fully charged after a regular night's sleep. At my house I have about four times faster charging than that at Kust.

My stay felt very luxurious, and I was well looked-after by the staff. The food was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Add to that the perfect location, right in the middle of town, and you have an almost perfect place to stay.

Would have benefitted from being given more info about spa. If that is main attraction. Received no info from hotel or Booking.com. Disappointed with that. Arrived after drive from Stockholm to be told spa was fully booked. No real push to solve the situation from hotel. Too binary.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms. Comfortable bedding. Restaurant views (rooftop) are very impressive. Food was delicious.
