Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The smallest of annoyances was not being able to attach the beds to secure sleeping together (took the sofa bed instead which was nice and comfy).
Perfect family room great to be able to warm up a bit of food in the room.

We really enjoyed the hotel! Amazing, helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised by our big room! There was nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend and would choose again!

This was our second time at the same hotel, so we knew what to expect and how good a place it is to stay in the city. The hotel room gives you a cosy and almost homely accommodation. The room has a nice bathroom, comfy beds, sofa, table and chairs, TV, wardrobe, all the necessary appliances like iron and most importantly a kitchenette where you can easily cook or microwave your food. The location is one of the most convenient.

Bed mattress was really soft. I had feeling like I´m swimming.
Hotel is located at downtown of city. Friendly staff, breakfast is included into price. Parking possible in front of building. However with limited parking places. Room was fine. There was small kitchen so you could make some fast meal there. Fridge included as well.

Exceptional location and amazing value for money. The “room” is actually an apartment with separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A short walk to the charming pedestrian precinct of Linköping. Friendly welcome and great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Limited parking.is an issue given the hotel is in the city center on a car free area meaning that if you are unlucky and have no longer place at the hotel parking, finding a parking place on the streets arroun is really a problem.

Perfect stay, nothing bad to say at all.
Lovely hotel with so many amenities included. Lady on reception was amazing and helped us out with our bags and got one of our rooms ready so we didn’t miss the same. The room had a fan so was confortable to sleep with the heat and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was included and was really nice.

If there was an availability of food on weekends in the hotel then that would be really nice.

Parking at the hotel is limited and parking in the street is not allowed (we did but got no ticket :-) ). The breakfast room is quite crammed. No aircon and not possible to completely open the windows.
Very central. Ideal for a visit of Linköping. Simple but very suitable rooms ofr a few days stay. All very clean. Breakfast just like any other 3-star hotel in Sweden. Got everything you need with no fancy/extraordinary items. No reason for complaints at all as the service was excellent.

Early check-in time limit (7pm). The instructions to enter the building after 7pm and get the key by ourselves were fine, but released too late - we were driving and (obviously) not checking emails. The consequence was that we arrived there around 7:30pm and did not know what to do to enter the hotel. It took us a long time to figure that out. I understand that this kind of instruction should have been released when the reservation was confirmed, and not at the last minute. Another thing: we tripped on the high piece of wood (water barrier) that divides the bathroom and the rest of the room - it is very high, and at night, when we wake up to do use the toylette, we trip with a HIGH rick of a severe accident that could potentially hurt us. Also, the breakfast facility is very small - here I understand that the owners can't do anything to improve it, but it is a negative factor (although very clean and nice).
