Even the hotel rooms have hostel standard. Opening hours of reception don't have any tourist standard. Prices are too high for the service offered.

The location was a bit complicated and quite some walk from the bus station, but in Kiruna it is expected.

The room was clean and comfortable. The break fast was good and the arrangement for the dinner was also good.

A creaky wardrobe in the bedroom made a lot of noise every time you walked about in the room....a small inconvenience

The room was basic but comfortable. Small ensuite bathroom. Towels provided. The heating worked well. Loved the breakfast which was included. We also ate an evening meal in the restaurant and thought it was delicious and good value. It was a 30min walk from the train station which was a little tricky in the snow/ice conditions. The system for checking in out of hours was very simple and efficient.

We have 5 huge luggages so it would be nice if we can store it upon check in. We had to Carry all to the second flr which gave me bruises.

The shower facilities were not to clean.

My room was really cozy and it was nice to have an own bathroom. The breakfast was great, even though a few more vegetarian/vegan option would have been great. I liked the possibility to get lunch there too.

The lack of enough signs directing guests to the right location. It was quite hard to find the place.

The location was good despite being hard to find the place on Google maps. The accommodation was good and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering questions and explaining everything in detail. One of the staff even went on Google maps to show us some places. Breakfast was great and with a lot of different options. In addition, the place had a restaurant with a lot of options and a good size portion. I had a good time and would be back.

The room we stayed in was not that soundproof, and the beds were not cleaned in a detailed manner. As this is a hostel, this much can be expected. We think the upsides upway the downsides, especially at this price. We recommend it!

the food was great, as well as wifi connection. Location is close to the city with a fantastic view over the mine. The beds are very comfortable, and the personnel pedagogic and friendly.

--Its been a trend in all Kiruna accomodations to do a check ins from 15:00. They are also rigid about it. Probably a little flexible on check in times makes tourists more happy (specially in winter).

--The location is just beside camp Ripan and you can access ski centre and do skiing. Northern lights can be seen from the window of the room or just within a 200 meters walk. -- double sharing room has a private toilet and adjacent kitchen area and sauna access with full equipped kitchen utensils. --Budget friendly hostel type but comfortable accommodation provided with clean linens. --Morning breakfast was sufficient and good. --600 meters walk from localtraffik and important buss stop OK PARKEN!

The airport bus drops you off about a 15 -20 minute walk depending on how deep the snow is but an easy walk The rooms are very warm , clean and comfortable beds , showers are excellent with good hot water .the kitchen has everything you need to do your own cooking if you may wish . Staff are friendly and helpful, WiFi excellent, The breakfast is plentiful and good choices to meet all needs, Well recommended

A bit difficult to find, experience with some staff members was so so.

The restaurant and breakfast facilities were great value for your money. They offer kitchens, shared living rooms, a sauna and luggage storage.
