Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

they have give a room for handicapped people and before booking you see the pictures from nice rooms and then you get different from the training school, because is not a hotel its a training center and the guest like me from booking set on the side, they are focus on training and not in tourism sunday its close all afternoon and evening no reception no bar

I stayed for 3 days, and I wished if there were a clean room service during my stay.
The room was teddy, super clean, and cosy. The beds were comfortable.

We stayed in a building next to reception where rooms had just been remodeled. Modern, spacious, clean and comfy. There is a tunnel to the main building where the restaurant is located so we didn’t even have to put on our coats in the evening. The restaurant was empty which really surprised us. But we learned that they just reopened this facility which also serves as a school. Dinner was one meal that they offered and the food was outstanding. Really pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and we had an all around pleasant experience.

We had no chance to check the sauna facilities...
It is a cozy hotel about 5 km away from the big Wood Hotel in the Center. During our stay we had a snow storm and everything was white all over and I was amazed how the locals would cope with this challenge; but to my surprise work went on as usual and everyone had a smile on his face: so surprising. As we had to catch the bus to the airport next day and no taxi was available, the CEO Johana (I hope I remember well her name) drove us in her beautiful Volvo 4x4 to the center to catch our group organised bus; we were soooo happy and relieved. A big big big thank again to her !

Dog room cost extra 250 SEK, but there was nothing in the room for a dog, no blanket, bowl, nothing. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing. Not much was left by the time I arrived there. Also, I was not provided with info where my room was as I arrived outside reception hours. I walked around testing my key on different doors in the middle of the night in the minus degrees until I found the correct building.
The room was spacious and very clean. Nice and quiet area and room. Room itself was good value for money. Free parking close to rooms was nice..

I'm a bit sensitive to sound and I found the ventilation in my room to be too noisy. Others might not be bothered by it. It's good that the shower is set up to save water, but having to press it every 20 seconds or so to keep it running is a bit tedious.
It's not a huge breakfast buffé, but it has the essentials. The scrambled eggs were excellent, the home-made müsli was good and the coffee tasted well. The lunch buffé I attended was simply magnificent. The cleaning staff must be good because the cleanliness was immaculate everywhere.

I did not like that I had to press a knob every minute to take a shower. like the one you have on the toilets.

the place is a bit far from the center but you can manage to go by bus or taxi.
the hotel was amazing! really great structure and faciilities. the breaksfast was fabulous and we love the area with sauna and pool. the room is also new and really confortable.

Wonderful room with view over the tree tops. Great breakfast and close to nature and not far from the city centre. It was so nice to take out a bike for free and cycle along the cycle paths into town, which took me about 15 minutes.
