We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomYou can hear a lot of noise from the corridor, but this was not a problem for us as we left early. The parking can get extremely icy in cold conditions.
Very easy self-check in when arriving late. Plenty of parking. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and variety.

The hotel is part of a larger complex for caravans, tents, and chalets etc. The rooms was large, clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style and extremely good. It was located ina quiet wooded area just outside of Mora but in walking distance of the town centre (about 12 minutes) and Mora Strand train station and the lake. Good wifi. Quiet in early September, but I imagine it is very busy during the peak summer season.

New ZealandWeather wasn’t great and we froze in the bistro waiting for our meal. Very slow service. No arrows tohelp us get there either cos the map wasn’t very accurate. Water from the shower covered the floor.
First camp was only a walk from the city centre. The room was fine. The breakfast a bit of a free for all if you timed it wrong but there was lots of choice. Washing machine available on site, although the instructions for the drier were hard for an English speaker.

SwedenThe “red box” with keys inside. For those who check-in during unattended hours- it could be an adventure. First of all, it would be great to get an SMS with a more specific explanation of where the red box is. (I didn't know, it resides in between the hotel building and parking). Secondly, inside the red box, I found few plastic boxes filled with envelopes. It took few minutes to find the one with my name on it (tiny label), under pouring rain, at night. Thirdly, please provide the exact coordinates of the hotel, navigation system guided me to the bowling building instead. Summary, location of the hotel and the red box. Extra lighting above/inside the red box. Some order inside the red box (titles on plastic boxes).
Worthy cost and location. Decent breakfast.

SwedenThe sad thing I forgot a valuable stuff when we check out and have tried to call if by chance someone find it and have left to the reception.. but felt bad about it.
The location, the ambiance, the sorrounding were just amazing. Love walking around near the lake stunning views best for nature lovers. Many recreation activities to choose kayak, tennis hall, simhall, bowling, cycling and more and it's just took 10 minutes walk from hotel to Mora Centrum. We have a great time.
