You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumFirst night of 2 sept., personnel looked somewhat clumsy, inexperienced ... but what could one expect, 1 day after the takeover. Second night on 9 sept. was already a few steps forward, still at the same price.
I stayed 2 nights, separated by a week. Although the new managers took over only 1 day ago, were still organizing, it didn't look like that. Some details still needed to be settled ... reason why they keep the price extremely low compared to quality ? Personnel is very motivated and always nice and smiling. Large rooms, beautifully decorated in an original style ...

GermanyWe stayed one night after returning from a short vacation on Gotland. The hotel was easy to find and has a distinct look. The rooms are very large and have everything what you would need. The breakfast was offering a large variety serving almost anything someone would need. It is perfect for a short getaway.

Very nice welcome by the owner. We arrived early and could check in anyway. The building is charming and the apartments are generously cut. The hotel is near to the citycenter and it's nice port. Both are in walking distance, as well as a supermarket.

The rooms/ apartments are spacious and accommodating with all the comforts you need and contain a mini fridge, a microwave among others things. I 100% recommend this place.

PolandThe only things I didn't like was the bathroom door, which when closed left small gaps through which you could easily see someone, and there was a plug only next to 1 of the 2 beds.
The owner is very friendly, welcoming and trusting! She helped with any and all questions. The staff are very positive and nice people. The breakfast is nice and has a good selection
