Pillows weren't very supportive. Bathroom was a bit small, but not abnormally small. Stairs in the room were mostly safe, but could be a bit treacherous if you need to get up during the night.

Staff was ultra friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well kept. Location was very good, convenient to a lot of places and very walkable.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy even when turned off. A minor gripe.

Perfect location for visiting the city. Close to metro, tram and boats. Breakfast was very substantial with great choice. The room was spacious and had a great shower.

Convenient Room was small 16m2, the bathroom was very tight. Even though hotel is 5 stars, i felt like i was staying in a 3,5 stars hotel to be fair

Low Water Pressure in the Bath: One of the downsides of our stay was the low water pressure in the bath, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing soak. This issue detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the room amenities. Inconsistent Room Temperature Control: Despite attempts to adjust the room temperature, we found it challenging to maintain a comfortable environment for sleeping. Additionally, the accompanying sounds from the HVAC system were disruptive and interfered with our ability to rest peacefully.

Exceptional Breakfast: The breakfast at Radisson Strand Stockholm truly stands out as a highlight of the stay. Offering a wonderful array of flavors and energizing options, it provided the perfect start to each day. From fresh pastries to hearty hot dishes, there was something to delight every palate. Room Upgrade to the Tower: We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a room in the Tower on the 8th floor. Despite the small windows, the view from our room was simply breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of Stockholm's skyline. It added an extra touch of magic to our stay. Friendly and Helpful Staff: The staff at Radisson Strand Stockholm were outstanding in their hospitality. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a warm smile and genuine concern for our comfort. Their helpfulness added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Clean and Comfortable Room: Our room at Radisson Strand Stockholm was impeccably clean, with modern amenities that enhanced our comfort throughout our stay. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration in Stockholm. Convenient Location: The hotel's location proved to be a major asset, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. With many attractions within a 10-15 minute walk, we were able to make the most of our time in Stockholm without the hassle of transportation.

The hotel is old classic type either a lot of steps (to reach the toilet there is two steps..and it is dangerous for elder people )-the breakfast was too poor and not fresh.

The location was the best part as it is over looking the river and the hotel is in the city center.

We did not book breakfast - person on front desk tried too hard in my view for us to take it. We did not - think nearly £25 for a buffet is too much - we found lovely cafes nearby for a lot lot less

Great location. Person on desk persuaded my wife and I to upgrade to slightly bigger room which was good - had view of water. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see

The Bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was sagging in middle. Size was smaller than expected.
