We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location excellent for road travellers. Close to motorway but quiet, set back in own grounds. Good parking. Rooms a good size, clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant is fine, food good but selection for dinner a bit limited. Staff pleasant and helpful.

KuwaitLocated near to highway, however location is very peaceful and full of nature around. Breakfast is good & complete. Dining area is spacious. Hotel's location is close to Gavle City Center. Takes around 11 minutes by cycle from hotel to the city. Cycles are available and to be checked for availability at the reception. Staff is very welcoming with excellent hospitality.

PolandBreakfast - I booked the slot for 8.30, unfortunately at this time there was not much choice of food. The containers were empty. In my opinion, as the traffic in the hotel is time-managed, the staff should take care of the full availability of food. Coffee machine was also unavailable - coffee grounds overfilled. I had a room on the top floor, it was very hot - no air conditioning. Opening the window at night results in a lot of noise from the road.
