The room didn't have a kettle with coffee/tea facilities.

The hotel is very well located , only a few minutes from the central station. The lobby and breakfast are pretty wide and spacious,so even on a busy day ,you wouldn't notice it's crowded . Breakfast was very good with a wide range of varieties. Staff at reception was very attentive and helpful. If I ever come back to Gothenburg, I would stay at Scandic again.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but there are construction going around the area and thus a slight detour to get to the city center.

Very good value for money. Lovely breakfast. Rooms were clean and cosy as well. Very close to the central station and city center.

No fridge and tea kettle in the room, so it is not possible to store any food if you are staying more than 1 day or have some tea in the evening The check in process was quite messy, no formal queue and the personnel did not even try to create any order The room window overlooked the other part of the building and not the street, if the curtains are now drawn everyone on the other side of the building could see what you are doing in the room

Clean and nice room, located quite close to the railway station. The beds are pretty confortable The breakfast was superb, though I did not understand why you need to book a time for breakfast if you can still come at any time you want. I had to wait for my booked time only of find out that I could have come earlier

Very nice location. Just a few minutes walking from central station then you can go anywhere by tram. Room is clean enough and gym is good. Breakfast always fresh the beginning of the day.

The hotel room is a little bit small.I always want a standard king sized bed, but always get a twin bed.

They were expecting payment for an earlier check-in when the rooms were available. Maybe this is a common behavior I don't know. However, I did not like it and did not experience this on my previous trip to another hotel around.

Coffee to far from food and to many plates on the tables. But after a while it was taken away so no problem.

Good. It had all you could expect from a breakfast buffee. I do not like that I have to write 3 sentences.

There is a construction site around the hotel so quite the detour to reach the city center, no other inconvenience than that.

The rooms are modern and comfy. The hotel is clean and breakfast was good.

Having a few drinks at night was not great. We went down to the lounge area. Ordered 2 drinks at 10.45 pm and at 11.30 we were told to take our drinks back to our room or hand them over. Not impressed.

The breakfast menu had a good selection of hot and cold food. Lot's of juice options with rea and coffee. It's all self-service.

We stayed in a two bed room, the single beds aren't that comfortable and a are a bit small. We think that's the only thing that needs improvement.

The hotel and the whole complex is very close to the central station, public transport, rentable scooters and bikes and walking paths. There's lots of room and it's nicely decorated, the breakfast is great and the rooftop bar is cool.

Facilities inside the room for making a coffee/tea and some fresh fruit would have been better.

Breakfast was super. Lots of variety available; fresh fruit, honey, yogurt, cold and hot food plus lots of different types of bread. Great selection of drinks too. Nice setting. I realised once I arrived that there is a lot of city enhancement/development going on in the north of the city as the hotel is amidst a construction site. However, on the 8th floor I heard absolutely nothing…the windows must have a high acoustic value. And the bar area is really nice, staff very friendly.
