cold on the room, no air conditioner; not soundproof; when asked for the charger 🔌 on the reception-they they they don’t have… i would not say they were super friendly. only 1 guy was smiling and seems that he cared about guest. others-were talking about their own staff while we were waiting for the service

I booked the hotel because it was indicated it had a garage as I was driving with a packed car 800 km from Germany on my way north. I chatted with the hotel on my way and asked them to reserve a parking for me. I was was told that “I just had to arrive early”. With 800 km to drive this was not possible and there was no parking space left when I arrived. Had to take the risk to park on the street. I was lucky and the car wasn’t broken into, but I was NOT impressed by the lack of willingness to accommodate a need that the marketing promised.

The room was too warm and the window wouldn't open more than 6 inches so it was impossible to get it cool. It wasn't pointed out at check-in that room service would only be provided if specifically requested

Rooms were okay. Not the cleanest. Staff was making fun of each other when the person that helped me tried to do her best to communicate with me in English. Parking lot was very small, so I had to park somewhere else.

Due to the amount of people in the hotel, you were unable to eat breakfast. Though they offered a takeaway breakfast baggage which was nice. Hospitality was okay too.

The gym was good and had everything I needed but I am 6'0 ft tall and when I was running on the treadmill my head was only a few inches to the ceiling. If someone was taller than me or were running in an incline they would hit their head on the ceiling.

The location is unbeatable, its like a 5 min walk to centrum. The breakfast is Scandic level quality and is the standard I use when going to other hotels. There's a great variety of different toppings, oatmeals, pancakes there is too much to describe here.

The black out blind in the bedroom let in quite a lot of light. A kettle in the room would be nice :-)

Breakfast was good if a little lacking in choice compared to other Scandic hotels I have stayed in. No complaints though. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There was no shampoo/soap in the shower. I had a room with a window towards the street and it was very echoey. There was a lot of noise from the street, especially on saturday evening and night, and I had some trouble sleeping.

This hotel as definitely seen its best time and it's time to let it go. Smells of old grandma', mold in bathroom and so on. Scandic can't be proud of this one, and this must be below even Scandic's lowest approved standard.

Poor room, looking different then pictures, worth 2 star hotel, but definitely not 4. Dirty bath. No small fridge or kettle. During exhibition prices are very high, but no value for these money.

It was a basic breakfast. VERY bad air at the room, and very hot during the night. The staff had put a fan on the room but it did not help.

The rooms are very noisy, especially if your room is one of the first ones on a floor. You can hear everyone who enters the hallway and loudly hear the door to the floor slamming all night long. The foyer is small and very crampt at check in. Parking costs an extra 180kr but that's not surprising as the hotel is very central.
