We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was magnificent, with lots of choice and fresh. The bath included a fun experience. When our sons bed was forgotten staff made sure we got one right away.

Agneta the reception was the first person I met on my arrival. She was very courteous and professional when booking me in. Agneta was also present when checking me out and helping me with my VAT receipts. She was very welcoming and a lovely lady-If I was to return for work, this hotel I would strongly recommend. The O Leary's restaurant facilities were excellent and the TV sport for football was top class

Swedenhand wash soap was empty and when requested to fill it up after first night stay no one took any action, complained twice and then soap packet was handed over to me to fix it. Too pricy and still missing basic items such as mini fridge. Water pressure was low in shower and there were drainage noises. I will not recommend it.

Breakfast pretty basic and not much to complain about but not exceptional either. Room for improvement regarding warm dishes. Very friendly staff.
