The breakfast was a bit standard, expected a bit more for that price. Room was also a bit small and somewhat worn, again expected more for the price.

Fun hotel with a good ambience. The spa had a nice small outdoor pool. Very friendly staff.

Its different then any other hotel. Special and lots of fun. Lots to choose from as to activity, sitting areas, restaurants, bars. Each place with its own style.

The only think I can think of was that on the 17th floor there was a lot of banging and screeching coming from somewhere above the room. I had to sleep with ear plugs in which were provided at reception.

The food and breakfast food was great. I like a lot about this hotel.. Mostly how fun this hotel make it for the children.

The shower was not easy to get the correct temperature . The elevator for floor 9 had a long wait during busy times - it felt a bit shaky - there was one elevator not working so this was probably the reason for the wait . Was hard to get a seat in the restaurants if you haven’t prebooked

It turned into quite an expensive 3 day trip at almost 15000 sek, won’t repeat a longer stay for that reason, but maybe a single overnight package deal could be worth it.

Friendly staff, welcoming. Good food and atmosphere in the skybar. Comfortable beds and excellent location. Very accommodating to foreigners as I am English speaking and was made to feel more than welcome, part of the family.

Instructions for the room thermostat required! Had difficulty attempting to adjust😢 Believe that there is/was a problem with the electronic control of the light switches in room 1706! They operated quite irrationally😩

Meals very good. Facilities exceptional👍 Had problems with soundlevel in room below kitchen on level 18 but were (gratefully and gracefully) relocated to level 16❤️

There are quite a few exceptional things about this hotel: The decor - quite unique and keeping in character with the building's origin as a steam plant The fun - games everywhere, fireplace, private corporate rooms, the pool and sauna, the list goes on The service - wow everyone was so helpful and nice. The location - right on the lake - beautiful lakeside views for many rooms The food - especially the breakfast - wonderful in so many ways, but all the restaurants have great food The extra's - like free charging for electric vehicles, robes in the room, great free internet, etc.

The room lighting was a little dim but it was probably in keeping of the hotels decor so it was a very minor issue

An amazing hotel with a great setting on the waterfront and very true to its heritage as a steam power plant. The staff are all very friendly and overall just an amazing hotel given the amount of effort that went into the restoration of it
