This hotel definitely has character. Completely furnished in maritime style, every room is different. The room was midsize with incredibly comfortable, adjustable beds, nice furnishings and a great bathroom. We had dinner in the restaurant Vessel which belongs to the hotel and is around the corner. The food was outstanding and the service perfect. Breakfast offerings were wonderful.

Walls were a bit thin, but I think it was more to do with a very loud person in the next room.

The staff were very good, a great shower, breakfast was brilliant, and a strong WiFi signal.

The room initially offered was not cleaned. Full trash bin, pizza boxes and dirty towels in the bathroom. It took over an hour to sort it out. It would have been much quicker if there was someone in the reception at 18:30, as advertised in the hotel description.

There is no common area to hang out before bed time, it was just our rooms and a couple of seats by the front door.

This booking was a very last minute one but a strange one never the less. There were no staff members at site from the start of our visit till someone was there in the morning serving breakfast. Every room has a unique vibe and naval theme. It was really something special and I'm so glad I stayed there. It was weird that there were no staff members, on site until the morning but the process of checking in was really simple.

There is NO safe in the room, it is really the thing that would make me book another hotel, if there was one as suitable nearby (which there isn't for my purposes). Also, a soap-tray in the shower would be nice. There are fixed liquid soap bottles, but I like my own soap and shampoo better, so somewhere to put it would be nice.

Large openable window WITH fly-mesh is fantastic, every hotel should have this.

Breakfast room could be a little bit crowded, but easily solved but going outside peak hours (before 8:30 or after 9:30)

Quiet location close to the sea but not far from the downtown. Top-rated restaurant, Vessel Malmö, is also nearby. Well decorated rooms and good breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff, received a lot of great tips at the reception for sightseeing in the area. Also saw the best sunset in my life on the way to the hotel :)

From the outside it doesn't look very inviting. The inside was a positive surprise : fully modernized and up to standard - only elevator missing, but this was not an issue for us. As family room we got really two separate, interconnected rooms. This feels as luxury, as one can put the children to sleep and keep lights and TV on in the other room.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable - the promoted alteration of firmness is total rubbish - they are either soft or very soft - we both woke up with back ache each day.

The rooms are standard but themed so pleasant but not really very different from any other hotel. The staff were fabulous, restaurant and breakfast very good - breakfast area tiny. Good location for visiting Malmo using the train but you have to go into central Malmo to get the train, too far from Malmo for an evening out but great harbor location for a wander. Free parking was the attraction for us as we were on a road trip and Malmo central hotels charged.

The check-in time schedule was a bit inconvenient. You had to check in by 7 or otherwise you had to get codes etc.
