You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The most comfortable treat for an incredibly fair price: we took a suite for barely 200€ and it was an incredibly beautiful room. The view over the sea is very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is of excellent quality. The hotel restaurant is very good. The staff is nice.

SwitzerlandOur room had 2 big windows that we couldn’t even open! Feels a bit like being in a prison. Toiletries like in a hostel, really not OK for this price and level of hotel. Waitress at dinner in the hotel was great, otherwise the staff is not really engaging and welcoming with the guests. You get ignored or left in quiet and piece, depending on your interpretation of very limited interaction.
Great location at the seaside in short walking distance to the village. Food in the restaurant is fantastic, especially the deserts are awesome. Food at breakfast is ok, but don’t expect to get anything personal like being asked about what coffee do you want.

Dinner & breakfast were excellent. Huge variety catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. Particularly the fish dishes. Choice of wines very good, a little expensive, it is after all Sweden! The location on the waterfront is only a short walk from the main town centre. It is a town with considerable history. Views across the water were fabulous and extremely scenic.
