To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWiFi signal comes from the owners home and was a little weak. And be careful getting out of bed - I nearly broke my nose on the breakfast bar !
The owners went to great lengths to welcome me to their cabin and provide all the information needed. Use of the car port for overnight parking was particularly appreciated. Walking distance from the Nättraby water taxi, but close to the E22 for onward travel this is a quiet and peaceful location with a nice comfy bed. The bars were closed due to the pandemic, but I was treated to a tour of the amazing facilities.

PolandI liked the fact that everything was handmade and owners were really nice. The spot is close to the nature with quiet neighborhood . The bus and water tram to Karlskrona were close, grocery store and pizza were close as well.

GermanyThat we haven‘t had the time to stay there for longer than one night.
We were welcomed by our host in an astonishingly warmhearted manner. She showed us around the small apartment which was clean and had the capacity to support approx 2 adults and a child. We found everything we needed for a short stay there. The place also had a bar and a dance floor but sadly didn‘t host any events lately due to the Corona pandemic. Mrs Karlsson was an exceptionally hospitable person who had an ear for all our needs and wishes. She made our holidays a little bit brighter. It was such a great pleasure staying at Tegelvägen B even though it was for such a short period of time only. We‘ll definitely come back! Lotte and Martin
