Some problems with checkin (security code didn't work). Intially didn't find mattress for fourth person, but this was solved. Not many space for group of 4 people.

No teapot and tiny cups. Not a good combo for tea drinkers. Ventilation connect to neighbour somehow so we had smoke billowing in to our apartment late one night. It’s located a little off, takes time to get an Uber/Bolt to come. But a good 30 min walk to the city if you don’t have luggage.

A small but very functional and cozy accommodation. It's located close to the Turning Torso and the beach. The central station and city center can be reached on foot. We received an instruction for check in and check out. Everything went well. It was perfect for our short stay in Malmö. I really liked the kitchen and dining area.

The hotel is located in a good area, but we had to walk for half an hour to get to the city centre, which wouldn't have been a problem if the weather had been better.

The room arrangement was very clever and practical. We had a lot of space for us and the dog.

The lights were a bit dimmed and we payed for four people, but there weren’t enough beds. There was one queen size bed and one single bed. We had to use an air mattress.

A bit too little space for more than one person. There is only one bicycle, so if you are traveling with a partner or a group of friends (the apartment if made for three people) you can’t go cycling all together. The shower had no shampoo, only soap. There was no kettle, which was a bit inconvenient considering they provided free tea bags.

Easy check-in, comfortable bed, very good temperature in the apartment, not too hot, not too cold. Some tea bags were in the apartment for free. Each apartment has one bike assigned. Very cozy space outside. Some very interesting interior design solutions were applied to make such a small space functioning, so definitely an interesting place to sleep in.

We booked the room for 4 persons and we had a double bed and a single bed. They should have told us that the room is actually for 3 people.

Great place to stay and the split level room is great, makes it feel far bigger. Has everything you need and is in a great location for exploring the newer part of town and the old part of town.

We needed accomodation just to sleep one night so it was fine for short stay. The price is so fair!

The room was a bit too warm in the afternoon and night. The bike needed maintenance.

The hotel has one bike included in the rent, which is great, but as couple we weren't able to use it as a transport method. Very close to public transport, the city center, shops and the sea! It had an equipped kitchen, excellent for having breakfast at home.

Quite noisy due to front doors are located nearby sidewalk and road so everything you can hear inside.

It was a bit weird to have to clean all the dishes, putting them in the machine and turning it on is expected, but since we had to eat breakfast before leaving we had to wash them by hand and by paper to dry them with. A bit weird, but not a huge problem.

There was a bike available for use. We did not use it since we like to walk and everything we needed was within walking ditance.
