There was noise at night due to the bar just outside our window and very early in the morning, around 7am, due to constructions, again right down our window. The latter should only be a temporary thing and I believe we just got unlucky. Other than that, we had a very narrow room and had to squeeze through the wall and the bed to reach the window. Maybe a different bed arrangement would make things easier.

Very clean rooms with lots of bathrooms, which were also always clean. Very well located.

1. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi quality was quite poor. While the signal strength was strong, the connectivity speed was often very slow. 2. Each of us was provided with only one towel; there were no additional hand towels or mats to step on after showering. 3. Perhaps a few improvements could be made in the bathroom: the shower being just behind the curtain allows water to easily spill into the main compartment. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have more facilities such as a small shelf for toothbrushes, additional hooks for clothes and towels, and a power socket near the mirror for hair dryers. 4. The room was packed with power outlets, but it would be nice to have one or two closer to the bed to charge gadgets while you're asleep.

1. The location is superb! The hotel is nestled right in the heart of the old city, within close proximity to museums, attractions, restaurants, and cafes. It's also conveniently situated near the embankment and city public transport, with subway, ferry, and bus stops all within a less than 10-minute walk, as well as supermarkets nearby. 2. Quiet and comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from other guests. The radiators and AC worked well, ensuring a cozy stay. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room provided ample facilities for our short stay. Additionally, the hotel building itself is quite charming. 3. The bathroom was stocked with soap, shower gel, and shampoo, and the shower provided hot, strong water pressure. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite mentioning that room service is on-demand, our towels were regularly replaced.

Our room was on the smaller side and downstairs is a bar that was very very noisy with music and people standing and smoking outside of our window until 3AM on the weekend which wasn’t great, nothing the Inn can do about that I guess but keep that in mind if you don’t tolerate that kind of noise well

It was a really lovely place, in the old town, maybe 3 minutes walk from the royal palace, close to all transport links The accommodation was very clean, the staff was happy to provide more towels, the bathrooms were very very clean as well and nice and private with separate little bathrooms with showers and toilets. The staff were friendly and helpful

We arrived very early and everything was still closed. There is no lobby. They did not offer coffee and wait at the hotel. We had to wait elsewhere. It is not convenient and very tiring.

Very convenient location. The old Town. One metro stop from the central railway station. 25 minutes on foot to the center... A very pleasant walk. The room is small but very clean. Toilets and showers are also clean.

First night rhere were no much noise but second night between 2-4am there were crowds of people, shouting, screaming, lights just in front of our hotel entrance (film schooting). It was very disturbing. You need ear plugs to have a comfort sleep. Be prepared rhat on weekends is more noisy in Gamla Stan (even outside was just +1c, it do bot stop locals to be outdoor)

It was a very convenient place. The staff was very friendly. The location was great! The building is in the Old town and can stroll along the Old town, admire the picturesque buildings in the city center. On the other hand the place is very close to the ferry terminal to Djurgarden museum island. Inside the bathrooms were clean, the design was very beautiful with posters from different movies and a pleasant recording turned on. We enjoyed greatly our time there!

we ordered one big bed and received 2 small bed‘s. the check-in was difficult with all the codes. there is no breakfast corporation with a restaurant.

Reception staff strict rules with late check in. Risk of being locked out if not checked in by 10pm.

The location is in the old town square and adds to a beautiful charming stay! The room was great and soft bedding. Shared bathroom convenient use and good temp!

As far as I understood there is no common area, just bedrooms? At least no one showed me one and I didn't come across any kitchen or lounge - that may be not very convenient.

I was very lucky to be completely alone in my room, though I booked a bank in the biggest one, so for me the experience was great - quiet, comfortable, no one disturbed me. The bed linen was clean. There are many of bathrooms on the floor and they looked very clean as well. The location right in the Old town, so it's very nice and convenient.
