Someone stole my food in the refrigerator, but the hotel compensated me a breakfast. There was some noise at night. One of the toilets was hard to lock.

It was a but noisy from around 1am of some motor sounds, or as though my room was next to an elevator shift, but was manageable.

Nice breakfast location, good options, also for vegetarians and some for vegans. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean shared bathroom and shower. Comfortable size room for one person!

No towel provided. Check in was strange, the receptionist said we don't accept cash even though it is clearly stated on the website that they do. He did take the money eventually but it was all a bit embarrassing quite frankly.

The rooms were small with paper-thin walls which made it very very noisy and could hear everything from room next to mine. Also, no desk and no chair, and power sockets were hidden behind my bed so I did not see them until I was checking out. Lack of toilets which were always all fully occupied during busy times. Had to struggle to open the doors of the toilets as the locks were not working properly,. Toilets were also dirty.

Staff were very friendly, good location, a very big comfortable/relaxing lounge area , luggage could be stored, free coffee in the mornings, good shared kitchen

Got what the cost and the description told, nothing to cry about.

Basic place for a low price-fairly enough to crash a night before a longer flight, especially coming from somewhere far. Train station is about 20min walk, but even with this reach arlanda was like 40 calm minutes in the early morning instead of 1hour+ on a stuffed train from the south side of sthlm. (I'm a bit anxious in crowded places for sure.) Big up for Constantinos Margaritidis to cheer up the login a bit! Give a that guy a rise!

Soft pillows and matraces are the only thing to improve.

Good location and general atmosphere, kind staff and very good meeting room. Also is good that you have a functional fridge inside the room, so it is private. And bikeroad is nearaby.

The rooms were very dirty, garbage was lying on the floor, the trash can was full. Someone was already living in one of the rooms. In the end, we didn't stay overnight because it was a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend visiting this place

The room was passable on cleanliness. Floor wasn’t that clean, the remote was gross. The shared bathroom hadn’t been cleaned recently, there was hair all over the sink. I’m also not sure why a towel wasn’t provided automatically when I arrived.

Location confussing in google maps and booking page (they should explain on detail), they gave me a room that was occipied (opened the Doors of someone else room), and the replacement room they improvised gad one light broken and the door locker, and noise of air conditioner all night. Would not repeat.

The room is full of dust, the bed was dirty and the shared bathrooms are really few and dirty. I just left it feeling sick for all the dust, really, they should not give rooms like that

Through no fault of anyone working there I had two litres (!) of milk stolen from the fridge in two days. Through some fault of their own I stayed for a week and not only was my room never serviced, they didn't even take the trash out. No kettle. You can't cook after 21.00 but apparently hanging out in the kitchen drinking and stomping around the hallways is totally chill.

The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
