If the sauna would work even better:)

Located close to center of Mora, the hostel was a great base for us to explore the surrounding areas. The room was specious and we always found some space to cook in one of the property’s kitchens. It was clean and we really appreciated that we were able to wash our clothes and hang them up in the basement to dry. Well needed after some days skiing in damp conditions:) it was minus 24 during our stay but the house was still warm. We didn’t meet the owner but communication was swift and friendly. Easy check in. Possibility to charge electric vehicles just outside. We would stay again.

Bed was a bit uncomfortabel. Had to take the upper bunkbed. The lower one was bigger, but my own sheet did not fit...

Our room and other premises in the house were sparkling clean and tidy, the environment was nice, quiet and pleasant. We had everything we need. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room amenities did not feel overshared, there was plenty of space. The place exceeded our expectations, will recommend it to friends and family!

I got a room in the basement, that was perfectly fine and as a bonus it was very cool. So I was very happy with that on an otherwise very hot day.

They charge quite a bit to rent sheets and they demand cash (or Swish). The charge (150 SEK) is enough to be a significant increase to the cost of the stay. Thankfully, they accepted the Euro cash I had on hand.

It should maybe be clearer mentioned (or I am half-blind) that bed linen are excluded, but can be ordered to a fair price, just not to get surprised or in trouble at arrival.

A very clean and fresh place to stay in Mora, max. 10 min. walk from Mora Strand railway station. Extremely clean, everything looked brand new. Many well equipped kitchens and fridges. I think also there is a sauna, but I did not try.

It wasn’t crowded when we stayed there, but I think with 1 bathroom upstairs (shower + toilet combined), there might be some waiting during peak season.

Very close to the city centre, common kitchen with big fridge and free coffee and tea, lovely host, sauna in the basement, good price, very clean, parking spot on the terrain.

Warm house with a pleasant garden, accessible to the guests. Nice hosts. Easily reachable from the train station, not far from the center and the lake. The room with a terrasse has no neighbors room (and a big private terrasse), what is really nice. But it’s next to a kitchen, so you can be wake up by people having breakfast early. Other thing to notice : even if contrarily of the other room options it’s not mentioned in the title “with shared bathroom”, the bathroom is a shared one.

Very nice place to stay in Mora. The house has all needed facilities and very cozy. Also layout of the property allows one to divide the spaces. Very clean, and the check-in was pretty easy. The property is located right next to the very downtown of Mora and perfect for having a walk in the city. There's a sauna available and we had the hottest sauna in Sweden so far, small and convenient. One just had to put themselves in the sauna list. I'd recommend the property and would book it again once.

I paid 1800 SEK for a night in cellar room - insane. I know, it was a Vasaloppet's week - but anyway value for money ratio is very poor. ... but if I would need to add the parking fine that I would surely get if I would arrive in Mora in the morning - the ratio would tip on the house side. I was happy to get this last minute booking. It was expensive, but solved many stressful moments. Thank you.

I liked how efficient was the room management. Unmanned, but we got good directions, that was easy to follow. Both the room and the common space was clean and tidy. There is a parking space in front of the house - this is valuable during Vasaloppet's week.
