We asked for a quiet room, which we got. Unfortunately, my husband didn't enjoy being on the 12th floor. However, we accept that could be related to our quiet room request.

Fabulous breakfast and good location in shopping centre right next to the T bahn. We didn't use the sauna or gym but the sauna in particular looked really good.

My room was small and dark, it did not meet my expectations with the money I paid for, no view at all. They put me all the way at the end by the fire exit stairs.

I stayed for 4 nights, solo traveler. Breakfast buffet and staff were great! Location was great, the hotel is inside Solna Centrum mall, and the train station to Stockholm is right outside of it. The hotel is one bus away or 25 min walk to/from Friends Arena.

You have to do something with the extra high temperatures in the rooms, in the common grounds and in the elevator, especially in hot days. There is a fan in the room, but it cannot overturn the situation.

- It was beautiful hot days in May, and the room was Very very hot at night. No air condition.

+ Room quiet + Very good breakfast + The hotel is is inside Solna shopping Mall. Which means if you are there in the winter. You can stroll inside the mall, plenty of everything . ( supermarkets,expresso house etc) + The metro station is outside the hotel. 1 minute walk.

No aircon and warm in the room-June onwards!

Reception staff are friendly and efficient with their job. They took care of my request right upon check in. Breakfast buffet was good! Bathroom and toilet was very clean. Location is next to Metro line blue and inside Solna shopping Mall and few stops to Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. Easy to go to Arlanda airport. I hope next time they will add aircon in the room especially during summer.

I guess it is a little far from the city center, and the hotel's location is in itself a little boring.

The room and bathroom size were fine together with the cleaning and breakfast. The hotel is located in a shopping center on top of the metro station, making it very easy to go to the city center and find something to eat in the evening.

There are very few options for vegan breakfast. Parking by rented or private car is expensive. The bathroom really needs some renovation, as the water was flooding everywhere.

It is a particularly good location, located inside the shopping center. Easy to get to Mall of Scandinavia by taxi; you can reach Gamla Stan in about 12 minutes by tube, where the entrance into the tube is just 50 m from Solna Shopping Center.

Only downside would be location as we were mainly visiting Stockholm, but only 20 minutes on the train which wasn’t too bad - and it’s right next to the station.

Easy to locate and conveniently right next to travel links. Room was lovely, a good amount of space and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a lovely buffet option with outdoor seating available - brilliant for the great weather we had. Comfortable with very helpful staff.

there is no air conditioner in the room, which is not an issue during the winter time, but during summer time the air in the room can get quite stuffy.

the hotel is very close to Friends arena, could walk to the concert venue in 20 minutes and the hotel has a very nice breakfast, a lot of variety.

There are no wardrobes, just hangers. There was no mini fridge.

The location within Solna Center and Metro station is perfect for commuting to other parts of Stockholm. Also in walking distance to Friends Arena. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff was very helpful!

It was easy access to Friends Arena (about a 25 minute walk) as well as quick access to the metro into Stockholm. With being inside the mall, there was easy access to grocery stores, a pharmacy, and some restaurants.

The view from our 3rd floor room was not great, blocked by ventilator shafts. The constant humming noise from the ventilator shafts was somewhat irritating. It would helpful to tell guests before they arrive that the entrance to the hotel is inside the shopping mall, which was somewhat surprising to us.

The location was great for getting quickly in and out of the city center, right by the Solna Centrum metro stop. The breakfast buffet was copious and varied.

Checking in in the late evening was a nightmare. Difficult to find the night entrance and then no answer when I pressed the buzzer. Finally some other guests let me in and then there was no receptionist around so I had to wait quite some time since I didn’t want to wake my husband and kids who had checked in earlier. Finally got my own key but it didn’t work and after three trips back to reception but the key still not working I finally gave up and had to wake my husband to let me in.

Right next to the metro station. Great views from our window. Huge family room with double bed and bunk beds. Comfortable.

I arrived after midnight and it is very difficult to gain entry into the mall where the hotel is situated.

Good breakfast, room was cozy and had every amenity and was comfortable but was small, but probably that's a European thing with small rooms. The shower area was quite tight. Staff was really helpful and the health club was rightly provisioned and had a nice view. Location was good as it was close to the Customer office I was visiting.

Night entrance is very hard to find and the signage could be better.

Breakfast buffet is incredible, staff is very nice. Rooms are comfy, except for the small bathroom.
