Having stayed at different properties over the years of travel to SG, this is now my go-to place. Excellent in every way. Staff super friendly and helpful, great WiFi, excellent location - a few meters to MRT and the ION-Orchard link.

All the staff are friendly and accomodating, Jannah is really nice as well as the others. I love the location, as a first timer in Singapore, I manage to visit nice places using public transportation (train) as it is just walking distance from the hotel. They have washing machine in the room and things for cooking. Pool is superb, gym and sauna. They also have massage chair that is good after long day of walking.

There was nothing to be critical of. The location is a little out of the way: it is a hot walk to Orchard Road! But this is a minor observation.

Breakfast was adequate, nothing too fancy, but not wasteful. Staff throughout was very courteous and helpful - that is the strength of the place. The staff were very good, from the cleaning staff, the breakfast staff, through to the staff in reception.

Everything actually! The coziness, the members of the staff, helpful and considerate (special thought for JeHan, Angie and the cooking team who made of every breakfast a culinary experience ). From the choice in the tea to the lunchboxes available, bags for shopping, every detail makes the stay so comfortable! Location is enjoyable too and the pool so pleasant!

Superb swimming pool, 60-70m in length, nice breeze under moonlight, thoroughly enjoyed. nice view from 11th floor, quietly and conveniently located close to MRT exit 12, a few minutes walk via underground passage to shopping centers, food courts and restaurants.

Very clean and well maintained. Nice sized bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area which was well equipped. Only a short walk to the MRT station and Orchard Road area. A choice of inside and outside tables for breakfast. Buffett breakfast plus a different choice each day of both freshly cooked Asian and westerner food. Angie and Jehan are two on the most pleasant helpful ladies you could wish to have helping and serving at breakfast time. Would stay again without hesitation

Extremely well appointed and well kept accomodation. The staff are extremely polite and efficient. Well situated, beside the Orchard shopping district, and with Orchard MRT station just beside the residence. The pool is a good size and is situated behind the hotel, so it is very calm and relaxing to take a dip after a day of work or sightseeing. A good breakfast is served each day, and the breakfast staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The only small issue was the shower. No matter how I positioned the showerhead water kept escaping outside the shower so I was unable to reuse my towels - I needed to mop up the water. Shower floor appeared to be same level as bathroom floor. Also, maybe frost the glass partway up bathroom window for privacy especially when using toilet. I didn't always remember to pull the blind down ........

Great location, 400m from MRT & 500m from shopping centre(s). Lovely welcome pack in the room & bottled water supplied daily. Room serviced daily which I don't always experience in my travels. Wonderful staff, especially Angie in the breakfast area! Being a female solo traveller, I felt very safe walking around at night. The front desk staff also very helpful with calling me taxis, extending my checkout time & patiently answering all my questions.

I noted one minor issue with the shower drain and the hotel responded promptly. So not much! Be aware the walkways from elevator to room are outdoors, which is common for apartments but can be warm.

Comfortable, spacious room (particularly for Singapore!) with fantastic facilities: in-room laundry, clean rooftop gym, and a leafy and refreshing garden and pool. Comfortable bed with very soft linens. I enjoyed daily breakfasts on the terrace. I didn’t get to spend much time at the pool but it was a lovely setting to sit and walk past daily. Super convenient to the MRT and walkable to restaurants and malls at Orchard plus several bus routes. Staff was unobtrusive but helpful — placing out umbrellas when it was about to rain, offering beverages at breakfast, assisting with dry cleaning, taxis, and luggage. Would definitely return particularly if traveling on business. I appreciated the ample space for work and fast, reliable internet.
