As mentioned above, the place is quite cold. Common area was very small for such an amount of people staying, but luckily everyone is usually out during the day. We stayed in Double bed capsule, and when it gets full, it gets very noisy. Bathroom is very small, only 4 tiny toilets/showers for all the people, and because it's 2in1 style, it has constantly floor full of water and hear. But slippers are provided, so you don't have the stand in it with your bare feet. Too much plastic waste in my opinion, as everyone gets an amenity bag with the things that are not really necessary, and just end up in a bin after one use..wierd.

It's a definitely nice place to stay. Affordable. The capsules are very modern, mattress is comfortable plus you can adjust AC in each capsule, which is great as the rest of the hostel is very cold.

Capsules are kind of tiny so you have to be careful not to hit your head on the top if you're tall.

great location that's really close to the Chinatown MRT station, it's a capsule hotel so very simple but the facilities are really clean and comfortable and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful (they even called me a taxi when I asked for help getting to the airport, it's much appreciated). It is super hot in the bathroom because no air con and the heat coming from outside, but they did find a way to leave the door open to create some current during the day

All the amenities that you need on a layover, very clean and comfy, individual and spacious shower rooms and never crowded.

- Close to Metro station - Relatively reasonable price (It is interesting for me to find many West Europeans at this 'Rabbit Hole' motel, given their large height and build.) During my stay, roughly two thirds of customers were Caucasian, including super-rich Norwegian guy and German family.)

Exceptional stay. The staff were extremely helpful in every way and everything was extremely clean. I can't fault this place! It was perfect for a few days in Singapore and a great location for sightseeing. The staff even helped us store our bikes in a space!

The bathroom is small and always hot as it didn’t have AC. One night someone got drunk and vomited in one of 3 washbasins; that sink couldn’t be used till the next late morning. The checkin-checkout machines run very slow.

Quiet and clean. Affordable price in comparison with other capsule hotels in Singapore Commune and bath room was cleaned every morning and afternoon. Staffs were very friendly and supportive. The location’s near Chinatown, MRTs and other attractions - very convenient to visit around.

Exceptionally clean, fantastic and attentive staff, wonderfully decorated, lovely capsules with very comfy beds, perfect location for exploring Chinatown and hawkers, and only a short walk from the metro. Lots of attention to detail has been put into this hotel. A very fun experience!

The shoe locker are a little small for someone with size 12 shoes and above but guests made it work.

The facility were very clean, the upkeep of the hostel was like clock work and consistent. Guess it's a Singaporean thing ;D. Very good location, right by Chinatown hawkers, transit and local sites. Staff were approachable and helpful. The black bag with toiletries is very thoughtful. The services provided make this more of a hotel than hostel. I'm recommending this place for anyone coming to Singapore.

I would choose a bottom level capsule next time

The hotel is located in China town. Easy to find and check in is easy. Close to the MRT Station The capsules were comfortable and clean The bathroom was clean. Common areas are welcoming and have coffee tea and water for the guests. The location is wonderful and comes alive in the evening. There are plenty of choices for food and drinks in the area. Great wifi Lovely staff and had a great stay

Everything was just too notch.

Everything was just top notch! We spend here3 nights and everything was so perfect. Very modern place and super clean. I love the scent you can small as soon as you walk in. Free water dispenser and coffee and tee feee to be taken anytime. Centrally located. Perfect sharing areas. Perfect staff. Highly recommended! I’ll be coming back in the future. Love the idea of being barefoot, shoes not allowed inside. Love the idea of the bags as well so we can keep your thing inside there when going to the bathroom. Thank you again for the unforgettable experience.
