Just 10 minutes walking from Marina Bay, nice hotel with a nice pool, very relaxing and with different restaurants inside. Comfortable room, the bed was nice, comfortable mattress, not too hard but neither extremely soft. Small but nice Minibar available in the room.

Room felt a little dated. Carpet in room isn’t one of my preferences as I feel this holds dirt. Room smelt damp.

The property was situated in a really good location. The lobby area was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Views were good from the room as we was on the 29th floor.

The hotel is right next to my office and I use it a lot. For a busy hotel with a great lobby bar, it still retains a peaceful vibe. The breakfast buffet remains the best I've ever had . And the staff are all pretty amazing

There was very little storage space in the room so you have to live out of your suitcase all the time.

The location is fabulous with lots of attractions, shops and the metro close by. The room was comfortable with a great view. The breakfast is so good that it lasts you most of the day. In the evenings there is plenty of choice of places to eat both in the hotel and outside.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. Arrived late and staff arranged to give me the nice table on the water. Location was good. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro station and there was a grocery nearby and a mid-priced mall which was nice and convenient. Whenever we needed a taxi, the staff in front were very helpful in hailing one for us and making sure the driver knew where we were going.

My husband would have liked a softer pillow, a feather one.? A hairdryer was produced on request but did not work for more than a few seconds on a high heat. It took a long time to dry my hair on the lower setting. I found this puzzling in a 5 star hotel

Wonderful room, 2 toilets a bonus. Surprise upgrade and late checkout very welcome . Beautiful Wedgwood China teaset in the room. Room service was prompt, well presented and delicious. glass lifts amazing. Pool delightful to cool down in. All requests met with prompt answer and efficiency.. All staff helpful and welcoming from the the porter opening our taxi door and right through out the hotel. Breakfast choices generous and varied. Decors beautiful and interesting.

No draws in the room and very little area to hang clothes made it difficult to keep the room at all tidy
