Wasn’t a huge variety of food choice from the buffet included in the lounge. Nice but limited.

A very cozy hotel in a good location. Bus stops and metro station are very close. You can also walk in 20 mins to Merlion or Singapore Flyer. The room has enough space and pretty much all you might need. The top pool has amazing view on the bay. We pretty enjoyed the Lounge concept which worth every penny. Excellent cleaning service in the room. The staff makes their work at the best.

The room service was a little lacking in that things like milk, laundry forms and the like weren’t replaced when used. Rooms. Little were more compact than I had expected.

For the price we paid, it would have been nice to have more than 2 juices in the minibar. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The hotel is near the City Hall metro station, making it easier to move around the city. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy, but the highlight of this hotel is the rooftop, with an amazing view!

Staff were slow to check out, also we were never offered a complimentary welcome drink voucher as offered on the welcome letter. At arrival no offer of explanation was given about the facilities etc. love the idea about the filtered water option coming from the tap, however, it was really warm water even when left to run, which was annoying when you wanted a refreshing cold glass of water given the heat/humidity. The lighting in the bathroom around the mirror is badly planned as its really hard to shave (they do have a shaving mirror but again it's so farm from the sink and again badly light).

We were lucky to visit the almost brand new hotel as it opened in 2023 so everything is still in really good condition. The room had everything you needed.

The bedding was so comfortable and the breakfast exceeded expectations with its variety and quality. The staff went above and beyond. They were exceptionally hospitable, especially accommodating our needs with our baby. They had thoughtful gestures throughout our stay like offering delicious chocolates for Easter and surprising guests with birthday greetings and gifts. Overall, a memorable and highly recommended stay.

The lighting in the room was a little dim, but this is a very minor issue.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel! Everything from the decor to the smallest details are well thought and impeccable. The staff are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond in their service. The rooftop pool has an incredible view. The bed was very comfortable. We were so impressed with the Pullman Hill Street and will stay here the next time we are in Singapore.

Rooftop bar was out of beer!!! And was not expecting any more for a few days!! What sort of bar does not keep their beer fridge stocked

Spectacular view of Marina Bay from the rooftop bar. Surprisingly not very well promoted. I only stumbled onto it by accident, because I was looking for a place for a quick drink before going out. Ended up spending the entire evening there.

Minor infrastructure thing: light switches and curtain switches in the oddest locations!

GREAT location — easy to walk to many sites and right next to City Hall MRT. Clean rooms, variety at breakfast, solid happy hour with drinks and snacks for those with executive lounge access. Nice pool and gym. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Bed very comfy, room spacious.

We actually extended for 1 night because our flight is at 2AM the next day. The hotel is generous enough to give us a 2PM check-out free of charge as per our room category but we decided to extend for our comfort.

Hotel location is perfect and one of the hotels with a really good and fair price in the location. The hotel itself and the rooms are exceptionally clean, we liked how it was housekept properly. Breakfast is also good but the ambiance in the Executive Lounge is way better. Overall, we highly recommend it.
