Rooms were modern and clean. The first room we were given had an unbearable smell of paint fumes but reception handled this very efficiently and immediately moved us to another (much nicer!) room. I particularly liked the refillable water bottles provided. Location is great, just a short walk to multiple MTR stations.

Smart TV could use an update. Parking is very difficult, but given the hotel is at the vibrant Little India area, this was expected.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very well laid out, bed was very comfortable. Most of all I would like to give credit to the staff at at hotel. They are warm and friendly, and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in.

We had the most amazing stay, the staff were so accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond. The room was very clean and the dipping pool was also nice. The hotel is located in a great location with a short trip on the metro to get to the main attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Singapore.

They could have provided a king sized bed in the premier rooms. We felt the bed to be a little small in premier room.

The hotel was well maintained and provided a wide range of amenities that made our stay comfortable. The rooms were equipped with kitchenette where you can do light cooking. The room also had equipments such as iron and hair dryer. The location was also superb, around 150m away from Jalan Besar MRT station and walking distance from other MRT stations such as Little India, Rochor, Bugis.

There’s no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

The room was very well designed and appointed. Everything feels right at hand and easy to reach and use. We like the ample use of wood paneling. The room was quiet. Insulation seems very good. We did not hear the neighbor rooms, nor noises in the hallway. The air con was stable and quiet, so was the mini fridge. The laundry facility on the second floor was very useful.

Bring your own indoor slippers if you need one.

First of all, the room is very clean. The quality of the bathing supplies are good so I don't have to prepare my own shampoo. We stayed at second floor. The laundry room (very clean washing machine and dryer) and the drinking water are just next to our room. The drinking water is free and it even have sparkling water! By the way, if you plan to visit Malaysia, staying here is great as the bus station is just ten minutes walking distance.

Nitpicking here but it would be great if there are instruction cards on how to operate the induction stove and the microwave. Perhaps there were cards but I could have missed it oops. Design-wise, the stairs to the bed is a little steep, please be careful!

The kitchenette was well supplied with cooking utensils and dining ware for 2! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was really nice too! There's a cute mama shop where we were entitled to 5 free items and instead of the regular disposable plastic bottles, large glass bottles were provided and we can fill them with still or sparkling water at the Level 2 pantry. For guests who are exploring the city in the day time, bring a reusable water bottle to fill it! The pantry also has an ice machine and a coffee dispenser, just bring the ice tumbler/cups to fill them! Love the steps taken to be sustainable. Also, the location is great for foodies! Good food in the vicinity and really close to the MRT station.
