Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAt check in they ask for a deposit, which covers any purchases from the mini bar in the room. On check out 02-05-2024 I paid 94.16 TB in cash for a Chang Beer I had from the mini bar. The receptionist promised that the deposit would be credit back to my credit card withIN 14 days. It is now 29-05-2024 and have not received my credit VERY DISAPPOINTING......

New ZealandThe gym doesn't have any natural light, and no/few mirrors, so felt a bit like a cave. Smoking is allowed on the roof, so if you don't enjoy second-hand smoke, it's hard to escape.
Nice hotel in a lively area of Bangkok. We found a lot that was walkable or nearby with Grab - although the location is far from the main tourist sites and the river (30-45min drive without traffic). The room was attractive, spacious, nice beds and bedding, and breakfast was superb. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar.

We were upgraded upon arrival which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is beautiful, it even smells lovely! It's in a great location with lovely restaurants around it. Would definitely recommend a drink around the pool and in the secret bar (which was stunning). Bed's are also very very comfortable.

JapanAir con is a bit old, it’s difficult to control the temperature (it gets either too hot or too cold).
Well kept hotel at a very convenient location if you’re using Grab or renting a car. Rooms very spacious, although a bit dated. Really comfy bed! Excellent breakfast buffet. Fantastic staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

United KingdomThe facilities internally are a little expensive for the area e.g. over 2500 baht for a hours massage, however the central location near a half dozen other massage parlours more than makes up for it.
This was a well situated property in the centre of Bangkok, near the main train lines. The staff were incredibly helpful and keen to make your stay pleasant e.g. offering a shuttle service to the train station (less than 1km away) so we didn’t have to walk there in the peak heat of the day.
