Location is very convenient: side by side with shopping centre which has a supermarket. The room is spacious and looks and feels very expensive. The bed is huge, the mattress is great and choice of pillows is sufficient.

Service staff were fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay there. There's a mall connected to the hotel. There's a 24hour food court there if you need late night food nerd the hotel.

Pool was nice but the jacuzzi wasn't operable.

Warm welcome by the staff. Room was comfortable and enough space. Pool was nice, and had nice beds around it. Nice other facilities like massage spa.

At check in they ask for a deposit, which covers any purchases from the mini bar in the room. On check out 02-05-2024 I paid 94.16 TB in cash for a Chang Beer I had from the mini bar. The receptionist promised that the deposit would be credit back to my credit card withIN 14 days. It is now 29-05-2024 and have not received my credit VERY DISAPPOINTING......

Nice hotel with a clean room and helpful staff for when we had questions or needed details about the location/pool/restaurant. A pool with a nice view, a restaurant with various types of food and a great breakfast.

Everything. Without doubt the best value-for money i had. The staff is dedicated to make your stay perfect, the breakfast was impressively rich, the facilities are clean. At the place youll find a top notch italian restaurant and an epic bar with a city view. We were very impressed. The upgraded us for free to the two bedroom suite and it was a pleasure.

This hotel is clean and nicely maintained, offering great views and a relaxing rooftop pool. There's a convenient tuk-tuk shuttle to the nearest Skytrain station, just a 10-minute walk away

The gym doesn't have any natural light, and no/few mirrors, so felt a bit like a cave. Smoking is allowed on the roof, so if you don't enjoy second-hand smoke, it's hard to escape.

Nice hotel in a lively area of Bangkok. We found a lot that was walkable or nearby with Grab - although the location is far from the main tourist sites and the river (30-45min drive without traffic). The room was attractive, spacious, nice beds and bedding, and breakfast was superb. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar.

We were upgraded upon arrival which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is beautiful, it even smells lovely! It's in a great location with lovely restaurants around it. Would definitely recommend a drink around the pool and in the secret bar (which was stunning). Bed's are also very very comfortable.

Third time here and service is still great as ever. Didn't get an upgrade but the room I booked was already spacious and comfortable to begin with. Allowed a late checkout of 1 hour. Concierge staff like Aey and Nun are always ready to help and with a smile.

Air con is a bit old, it’s difficult to control the temperature (it gets either too hot or too cold).

Well kept hotel at a very convenient location if you’re using Grab or renting a car. Rooms very spacious, although a bit dated. Really comfy bed! Excellent breakfast buffet. Fantastic staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

The facilities internally are a little expensive for the area e.g. over 2500 baht for a hours massage, however the central location near a half dozen other massage parlours more than makes up for it.

This was a well situated property in the centre of Bangkok, near the main train lines. The staff were incredibly helpful and keen to make your stay pleasant e.g. offering a shuttle service to the train station (less than 1km away) so we didn’t have to walk there in the peak heat of the day.

Think you are making a mistake talking deposits from your customers. Then saying the deposit will be refunded in 1 to 2 weeks. stupid way to make some extra money Quality of the Italian restaurant could go up a little for the price.
