How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Asked for iron and board in room which were promptly brought. However, the iron was leaky and had burned on residue underneath.
Good hotel near to the transport hub. 4 mins walk from the last stop of the airport train & only 45 Bht each fare. Great way to ensure you are at the airport in time without chancing it in the Bangkok traffic. Room nice and bed really comfy. Breakfast good with two Chefs knocking up additional choices. Very central next to good transport hub. Good value for money. Safety deposit box in room.

Very good location near to shops and several eating places, though many close early evening. The hotel is also a very short walk to Phaya Thai station with both the Airlink train to BKK airport and BTS train system. Good breakfast. Spacious room. Friendly staff. The hotel exceeded my expectations of a mid-price hotel.

As a 4-star rated hotel, more services are required - for eg, 24 hour service or in-room service for infants/toddlers.

The pool was not that appealing. Breakfast was not so varied but sufficient. Eggs do not have much taste. It would have been nice to have accommodated my gluten intolerance and to have been asked if I would have wanted gluten free bread or pastry or cereal. At least something to accompany my breakfast.
Great location, very pleasant and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff are always on hand to help with any issues or queries.

The toilet had a weird smell, probably due to the piping. We raised it on day 1 and it was immediately looked into. For us it was ok, however some may not find it acceptable as the smell lingered on but just not as bad.
The location was ideal with the Phaya Thai BTS just outside the hotel, the rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were super friendly. No complaints at all, would definitely go back.

Excellent location . Quite as set back odd main road. We came in on a late flight . 200m from Airport rail station so was able to catch train and walk to hotel to check in. Very clean and terrific staff who were friendly and very helpful

Stayed in executive room was a little too bright and room layout was weird as wash basin near entrance and no iron/board in room too. No HALAL food nearby need to travel out but ordered grabfood on the last day of stay

The room I was in had a strange smell (which I later learnt was from the previous guest having Durian). I did report it and they tried their best to accommodate. I hope the last guest got the fine they should have been charged!! Naughty naughty!!! But this was not the fault of the hotel! So I still enjoyed my stay. (With an air freshener).
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING AS ALWAYS!!!! We have stayed here 5 times now and each time it has not disappointed. The staff are always amazing and Dean on the door remembers us every time as well as the reception staff. The breakfast is varied and fresh and the chefs are always great and make fresh omelettes/pancakes etc when and as requested. The rooms are still as big as I remember them and beds super comfy too. I am looking forward to our next stay.

Just a little away from tourist areas but close to public transport.
The breakfast was very good, pleasant staff, handy for the rail link from the airport. Very quiet and lovely pool.

The pool is in a strange location, almost under the building and access to it was also obtuse. Did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay
Nice clean room walking distance from the airport train. Our flight out was before trains started but the desk arranged a taxi that was fast and reasonable. Staff were wonderful and always ready to help

Great location...2min to skytrain and red line. 30min to the airport. Nightmarket close by. Many restaurants. Super friendly and helpful stuff. Nice pool. Rooms with balcony.

Everything was great!
Extremely friendly staff, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was great. Facilities were very clean, daily room service at a nice hour to allow you to sleep in. Great pool. Had a very pleasant stay here, would highly recommend!

Hotel close to end station Phaya Thai of Cityrail train from the airport. Very close to metro station as well but slightly tricky to find first time. Good room and pool. Restaurants and grocery store nearby.

Breakfast wasn’t great for vegetarian. Vegetables in breakfast can be made without oyester sauce. The pastries felt not fresh
