It would be great if the breakfast buffet would have changed a bit. Was there for 3 nights, featured the same dishes everyday with probably one or two dishes changed, everything else remains status quo. Since it's Thailand, would be great to have some local dish as there was absolutely none.

Nothing, although it’s worth remembering this is more great rooms for staying rather than full facility hotel, so bars and restaurant choices are fewer that say a full service hotel.

Facilities, rooms, staff, pool, gym everything was perfect. Location near Skytrain (BTS) connects easily to everywhere you need to go.

I thought I wouldn’t mind because I read the reviews but it’s actually pretty annoying. There are people constantly taking selfies and pictures of their friends for hours on end at the pool for social media. They get up on your bed that you are using and really don’t care if they are in your way. Also the pool staff took my water bottle away because it’s glass and it’s not allowed. I can understand this rule and accept it but but there were other people taking selfies with the same glass water bottle for hours right in front of me and nothing was said. I feel like the pool staff are quite inattentive for these matters.

The room was comfortable, spacious , clean and in a great location. I loved the fact that there was a washing machine in the room. The Thonglor area is also great to explore. The staff were all very kind and welcoming

Bar area is clean but very soulless. Not a place for a proper hang-out.

Hotel offers a cozy atmosphere that immediately envelops guests upon arrival. The customer service surpasses expectations, with staff going above and beyond to ensure each guest's needs are met with warmth and efficiency. MIck- lovely girl from Ayutthaya, Bee, Boot. The rooms are impeccably clean - 38th floor housekeeping was exceptional.. Kudos to the team for their hard work.

Nothing it was a lovely stay

Near to BTS line with access across the city. Several bars and restaurants nearby. Fantastic views of the city from the upper floors. Really modern and lovely pool. Staff friendly. Lovely hotel
