We were refused to bring a bottle of water to the pool. The hotel's policy for the pool is no outside food or drink allowed, which we can understand for anything alcohol or a coke for example, however to refuse us bringing in a bottle of water on an extremely warm day was ridiculous. Also, the return of the room deposit, which I have still yet to receive, is taking an unreasonable amount of time. Been told by the hotel that it could take up to 1 month.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We visited the pool at a very busy time, it was impossible to relax. Staff are loudly talking to each other, dragging tables and chairs around and it seemed like there were 2 different sound systems playing. It just seemed chaotic. The approach of the hotel is underwhelming, it has lots of what appears to be dead plants hanging off of it. Typical ridiculous hotel room lighting system that only a rocket scientist could figure out. Awful design. The SEEN restaurant is very expensive, 5000+ baht for a fairly basic meal for 2 plus one drink.

Very quiet, despite being near 2 bridges and the river, the soundproofing seemed to be very effective. Nice views from the river view room, although there is some construction which slightly takes away from the novelty. Toiletries, safe, bottled water provided. Close to a mall so lots of food options. Pool has very nice views over the river, Asiatique etc Free shuttle boat (Anantara) provided every 30 mins. Breakfast is probably one of the best ive had from a in SE Asia in terms of variety and quality. TV has decent selection of movie options.

I certainly enjoyed the free room upgrade and truly appreciate their hospitality. The room was amazing, spacious, clean and had an amazing view over the riverside. The amenities provided were excellent with lots of variety. The staff was extremely helpful the entire hotel is really modern, sleek and clean. No complain from me, just awesome!

Unfortunately, some of the facilities were already looking old (e.x. facade, tubs,…). The fitness room also needs to be cleaned more often, as the floor was already quite dusty and dirty in the morning.

The view was absolutely amazing, especially at night. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasty. The stuff was helpful und super friendly. But the most convenient offer at this hotel was the shuttle boat to Sathorn Pier and Iconsiam Pier, that departures and arrives every 30 min.

Surrounding streets were a little too quiet.

The hotel was impressive and the view from my room was stunning. The river boat taxi service was excellent and the crew were professional and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Hotel staff were always friendly and welcoming.

No dislikes but a couple of notes. You have to leave a deposit for each night (this is common in larger hotels) the easiest way to pay this is by credit card, you can’t use a debit card. We didn’t have a credit card so left cash. You get this back minus expenses so not a problem but worth being prepared for. This is approx 2000 thb per night. We ended up paying for early check in which seemed expensive but we arrived at 10am after a very long flight so I’d have paid anything for a shower and bed before 2pm as it allowed us to enjoy the afternoon refreshed. We booked bed, breakfast and dinner for our first night as we didn’t know what to expect. I wouldn’t recommend booking diner with the hotel, lots of great far cheaper options nearby including icon siam which has an amazing food court.

Free riverboat to main pier or icon siam, great for avoiding traffic if exploring Bangkok. Great breakfast and the rooftop bar offers amazing views of the city and river at night. No fault with room or service. Highly recommend

On booking.com it says that the bedroom was separate to the living room, but it wasn’t, so our 16 year old who had an extra bed wasn’t very happy 😆. Apart from that we just wish we’d had more time there and we should have booked an airport lift through the hotel as we spent far too much time at DMK airport trying to get a grab.

Beautiful views from the room and rooftop terrace overlooking the river and city lights. So glad we saw the sunrise! The food, drink and amazing DJ on the terrace. The guest welcome surprise and the incredible choice for breakfast.

I got the impression that the guys manning the concierge station were eager to have guests use overly expensive means of transportation to get around. My wife and I decided to venture out on our own and used the trains and subways easily which was a fraction of the cost of the recommended taxis by the concierge boys. Seemed a bit sketchy to me. Could be wrong. Perhaps they thought foreigners would get lost using the trains and subways but they are much easier, cleaner and more modern than the NYC subways and trains.

The chairs in the breakfast room are dirty. I guess it is not so easy to clean those type of chairs that you sit on. The air condition in my room is noisy, I tried to turn it off. Also, I don't feel like that this is a 5 star hotel, I feel that this is a more like a 4 star hotel. The price for this type of hotel is overrated in terms of the quality and comfort that you get. I am not sure that I would book this hotel next time.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast has a good choice of food. Fitness is good as well. I was in floor 22 and had a fantastic view over the city. The cleaning lady did a good job.

The roof terrace bar was expensive.

We were upgraded to a king size bed with an excellent river view. The ferry shuttles to the shopping mall and the ferry terminal ran frequently and it was a pleasant way to travel away from the busy roads. The short shows by the pool were fun to watch.
