Hotel food and drink was overpriced, The facilities were very tired, cooler in the room did not cool, the internet was on/off for no apparent reason, some of the activities publicised were not happening while we were tgere

The location near Surin beach was great, very little traffic, It seems Park in front of the hotel and by the beach is been renovated. Will be great when finished

We did not like the human feces in the pool.it was in the pool with the 2 slides and the swim up bar right next to the kids area

We likes the excursión guy his name is'danny and he is from Croatia. The musician in the lobby was good .the staff was very helpfull and kind and courtious.the lobby'and pool were beautiful.

Our initial room was very outdated, not ready, deceptive of pictures of booking .com, no toys no bunk beds etc as mentioned while booking, the room we paid for was not same when checked in, after few tough talks there was btr room provided which had AC issues, they fixed twice for us bt ok ok. The room was with direct access to pool hence it had some smell around which is normal. Overall they can empahsis on quality over quantity, hygiene etc but the staff goes extra mile to keep you comfortable. Not bad overall for family

Paradise for kids, property location is perfect for families, kids may not want to leave for the amount of fun activites keeping them engaged, truly value for money. Children friendly staff nice experience overall othr thn minor hiccups on room, would love to stay again for my daughter. Location and pricing is good.

There were no fish courses at breakfast. I don’t understand why anyone complains about the poor choice, my husband and I were satisfied with everything. Egg station, salads and fruits, what else do you need for breakfast?

The hotel is represented as a family one but my husband and I were surprised as there were not a lot of children although, possibly, because of a low season. The hotel services correspond to a IHG hotel group's rate. We had a huge 2-room placement with a balcony. It was an everyday cleaning. Surin beach is one of the best on Phuket. There was a lot of choice in the minibar. The territory is very big and clean.

The hotel is not far from Surin Beach and is a quiet beach. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast room has a variety of food, delicious food, the service staff are lovely. The swimming pool is wide and has many chairs for me to sunbathe. The fitness room is open 24 hours, there is a spa and masseuse. very good The front staff, Khun Kung and Khun Phew, are cute and friendly.

Delicious breakfast, good restaurant atmosphere Smiling staff The room is clean, the location of the room is good, opening to see the swimming pool outside, it feels very suitable for relaxing and I will come again. The front desk staff are cute and smiling and friendly, especially Khun Chalif, Mai Fue, Kung, Nam Smoothie, Fa. All the staff are very cute. The gym is open 24 hours, has air conditioning and has yoga classes for me to do.

Very clean and tidy room. The staff is wonderful, always smiling, and although they were having a problem with the card keys they were really helpful. For families with kids it s a very nice and welcoming place. Surin beach is calm and for pelple who want to stay away from all the mess in other Phuket areas, and this hotel is perfect for relaxation. Nice balcony and spacious bathroom. I loved my stay.
