Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It was an amazing space despite being in the heart of the city... hospitality, room, amenities everything 5 stars! Location was fabulous we could take the Skywalk or metro wherever we wished to go! Excellent bf spread! A very special "thank you" to the manager on duty & staff at reception for taking such good care of us when v had a mishap. Intercontinental is always going to get a strong recommendation from me..thank you for a wonderful stay!

SingaporeThe lift brings you to the amenities level at 36 and you would have to walk up some stairs for the pool, and down stairs for the spa. Not the most accessible.. Because of the location, there is always bad traffic.
The room was modern clean and spacious. Staff were really friendly. This trip was to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel had prepared a welcome cake and a surprise at the hotel buffet. Room service and concierge requests for items and water were super quick, no long waits at all. Good variety of TV channels. Decent water pressure in the shower. We loved that the hotel was super convenient. CentralwOrld and BTS stations were just a short less than 5 minute walk away. In 10 minutes you could walk to the Siam area as well.

Its Intercontiental top notch as always. Very clean room and modern The toilet is spacious. The hotel is located in the center of bangkok shopping area all malls are close. Love the lobby area with the relaxed piano every evening.

Superb location. Hotel upgraded my room booking as a surprise. Loved it. The concierge is very helpful with details. The hotel entrance guards and reception provided a very warm welcome and also farewell. Breakfast had excellent variety of food. Definitely will stay there again with my family in my next visit.
