Location is well connected with public transportation. Staff is super nice, includes breakfast. We liked to be in a small boutique style hotel in a quiet side street. The roof top has a sweet little pool w a view of the skyline

The room equipment and bathroom need to be renovated. And there is a huge lack of luminosity in the bathroom.

The staff is very professional and attentive. They take good care of us <3 The hotel position is very good and situated near transportation and is a very quiet zone.

The restroom was noisy enough though we turned off the ventilate system.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The hotel was in a quiet street and was not too far from the BTS station. The room is a little bit small for this price.

Didn’t like this area. The train is close so you can get out of it but there wasn’t much around. The deck upstairs is under-utilised. No bar and the plunge pool wasn’t accessible while I was there. Very much aimed at the Japanese market.

The best hotel I've ever been. The staff was very kind and friendly, the breakfast has western and Eastern options. The room was stunning, it had everything you could need. It was also the most eco friendly room I've ever seen. Our flight was late night and they offered us a room to take a shower after checked out THANK YOU! BKK is so hot 😅

The water in the shower was barely luke warm/tepid. And when I tried the overhead shower head there was a loud pop and the water sprayed up on the ceiling.

The modern rooms had a great layout and the bed was very comfortable.

Only thing I didn't like was the location. I didn't realize how far away from the airport this hotel was. This isn't the fault of the hotel though. Also for anyone who hasn't been to Bangkok, please know that the traffic here is horrible during the weekday. Please plan accordingly when trying to get around the city.

The room was very nice and clean. I didn't realize that there would be a kitchenette, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice with good water pressure. The staff was super nice and very helpful! I had to leave early the next morning for the airport and they provided a little take away breakfast as I was leaving too early to eat at the hotel, this was a really nice gesture and appreciated!

The walk to the BTS without pavement on a pretty busy road isn't ideal for some people perhaps.

I love about everything at Karaarom Hotel. Every corner is so well designed. It was not only pleasant for the eyes but also every thing is designed for customers' comfort and needs. The staffs are so nice, kind and helpful. The night when we arrived the hotel, before we even got off our Taxi, we were greeted and welcomed by the staff. It felt so homy and relieved after our long journey. The room is tastefully designed and decorated a little kitchen to it. The location is also very nice as we love quite place and the hotel has a very peaceful environment, with several very nice cafes (ME THAI COFFEE, quoted from my husband, has the best pour over coffee). You can walk to the main shopping street and top nudge super shopping malls. We plan to stay longer next time at Karaarom when we visit Bangkok again. Highly recommended!

Air-conditioning is really strong. They have a fan on the ceiling, but it could be quite noisy in the evening. Sound proof is so so, but it was fine for us.

The hotel is a good place to spend time in. It is designed with details. I am so impressed by the facilities in the room, including induction stove, sink and kitchenware. They even provide umbrella in the room. It is such a bargain for such a room which includes a balcony and day bed which makes the room a place to chill. Hotel also offer a lot of surprises, including free snacks, drink at the check-in and even treats at the check-out. There is a nice cafe with shop on the first floor. It feels like a place to stay and you don't even need to go out.
