Everything was perfect. Top hotel with very good value for money. Very hardworking staff and great cleaning staff. Sine and Tiger at reception are super great.

More of a family / couple hotel and not for friends. We thought it was a beach club as the name suggests but the club is now closed. It was fairly disappointing. We had to take a taxi to the main city (200 baht minimum each way). It was too hot to walk so had to take a taxi. In the late nights there is no one in the hotel. No receptionist, no water. I was dying of thirst. There was one security guard who was of no help. The room ac was too small for the villa we stayed in. Bathrooms are huge and was a sauna as there is no ac in there. We stayed here 3 nights and thought about shifting after the first night. But we had pre-paid so didn't want to waste any money. In addition, my friend had to be shifted to a new room/villa as his room's water stopped working. All in all it's decent if you want quiet and no one around you. Otherwise you're better off somehwere else.

Beautiful property. We stayed at the villas which has a small medium pool. Staff are super friendly and welcoming.

I stayed here in February 2023- I have bad review - now 2024 & I must say the property has improved 100%- faire who works outside at pool bar is super kind & deserves a pay rise- but all staff outside are amazing

The place is Old, been there in 2014 & 2018 & it was magnificent however in 2024 this place needs some Updates to the facilities Sun Beds on the Beach / loungers are few & could be have some more.

KC is well known beach club, used to be one of the Top places to be for an evening pool Party, however those days are gone. the Resort now is calm & shows its Age. but still this place has a great beach access

The hotel is directly on the beach and is small enough that it never feels crowded. It's on the quieter end of Chaweng (10mins walk to the busy, busy area) which was great for us. We got a great deal on the hotel and didn't expect such a great resort for the price. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The hotel was quite mechanical in nature with rooms just like boxes. There was no personal touch anywhere. Cocktails were not great at the bar. Breakfast was dull. The staff was not keen to help with tours and avoided giving any direct answers despite brochers kept in front.

The hotel was beach front and close to market area. It was not very far from ark bar.

Toilet in the room where i stayed is leak with water from the shower room and the Jacuzzi was not fully functioning.

Everything about the property and the staff are very good with great location exactly next to the beach overlooking the sunrise in the morning.

Good location. Just a few minutes away from the main road. Quiet and nice and lively in the day. We loved the room and the huge bath! Staff were lovely on reception and really helpful.

Breakfast, beans were cold not a lot to select from. As a English man a good English breakfast is much needed especially warm. Great omelette thou.

A little run down in some aspects, shower leaked and drains often partially blocked. Food offering could have been better, restaurant underwhelming.

Just to be picky… the breakfast provided was less than fabulous. I was expecting an abundance of fruit. The lunch menu could benefit from some freshly cooked seafood, not so much deep fried.

The only downside to my stay was that it was a bit expensive. However, considering the prime location and the quality of the hotel, I believe it was worth the price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in front of the beach and I must say, it was a great experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the beach from every corner. The room itself was also very nice, clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the direct access to the pool from my room. It was really convenient to be able to take a dip in the pool anytime I wanted, without having to go through the lobby or walk a long way. I would highly recommend getting a room with this feature if it's available. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in front of the beach. The stunning views, clean rooms, and direct access to the pool make it an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax and unwind in style.

shower leaking ALOT- pool of water on bathroom floor after shower - bar staff at pool lazy & not polite , couldn’t be found when wanting to order a drink - private beach filthy , hotel say they clean every day which is a lie - I personally found medical waste & nearly stood on it - both property & booking.com didn’t care after I reported it- my partner cleaned the beach area one day himself .

We should have stayed on a quieter part of the island as there was a lot of noise, drunken behaviour and definitely not a place for families.The staff tried there best to quieten down these people but to no avail.

But small breakfast and services ended quickly such as the bar. Lights didn't work in the room often together with power interruptions every time it started to rain. And the facility looks from the outside poorly maintained. Lot of rust on the steel structure.
