Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

booked deluxe-room. was spacious with micro wave, water kettle, cups, good to prepare your own meals from 7/11 etc. very well and freshly furnished. Very friendly receptionists. used hotel's free tuk-tuk service 8am-8pm every30minutes to get to main road. quiete road but almost no shops/restaurants. only 7 rooms per floor. slept very well. excellent value for money.

The room was clean, spacious, had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet and there was a convenient tuk tuk to take me to the top of the road every day, which saved a few minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always smiling.

ThailandOnly thing was the WiFi wasn't working properly on the top floor which I needed for work.. They switched us to floor 3 and while the WiFi was great. Smaller room which wasn't an issue. No hot water in the shower.

PakistanThe AC at times was a bit wonky, especially the last night, it was switching off after every 15-20 mins. Also the hotel was at the end of the alley which was a long walk from the main road, but they did provide a free tuk tuk service from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
The room was good and the bed was soft. The people at reception were very helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us for our early morning flight as t a very reasonable cost. They also provided a free tuk tuk from the hotel to the main road as the hotel was at the end of the alley. Also they had a free washing machine. The room has a refrigerator, microwave and other amenities. There was hot shower available. We had to go to Pattaya for one day and they were kind enough to keep our luggage in storage when we returned back.

IndiaOne of the rooms had a broken basin. Very few food options within a very short walk (particularly in the hot afternoons of April). Rooms look a little old and worn out.
The rooms are specious. So I'd the toilet. There was a pint sized balcony. Very close to Phloen Chit BTS station. Clean and friendly staff.

We only stayed here for one night but we were happy with the room for the price we paid. The room was big and clean. It also had a small kitchen area with sink, microwave, utensils and a big fridge. Staff was nice with us.
