How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Nothing :) it was perfect
Exceptional service and the most amazing staff. The entire team at the hotel were so helpful and friendly throughout our trip, and the level of amenities offered by this hidden gem are probably unmatched. Also the free laundry service offered by them everyday is a life saver for such a hot country! The rooftop also has a microwave and some more amenities, and is overall a good place to relax. Such a good find in the heart of Bangkok near Siam, and would definitely recommend P18 hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The room is very clean, comfortable, smells good, I love the amenities, it's just a walk away from the mall, accessible to other places. Will book again here on our next visit, the staff are also kind and approachable, thank you ☺️🙏💗

The rooms are really nice: the one we stayed in had two beds in wall cubbies as well as the two regular ones. They offer free laundry service in the morning and complimentary snacks in the lobby. There is a deck on the sixth floor where you can see across the city. The hotel is in a quiet alley a short walk from a BTS station and the Saen Saep Canal with boat service east and west across the city.

Located in a Bangkok centre but hidden which allows you to avoid street noises. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from rooftop. Our room was big enough and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing experience! I almost never write reviews, but this hotel definitely deserved it. I have never stayed in hotel with such perfect service. It was even over service. Free laundry, free snacks, small gifts, every day they changed towels and bed sheets. The room was so spacious, modern, clean with all facilities. Stuff was so helpful and sincere. I would love to stay there again next time!

Just a bit confusing on the way since it is quite hidden, but once you remember which way to go it is already easy to navigate.
The team is super accommodating, and fast check in process.The room is clean, and has a good space for 3 people in the room.

The room that we stayed in was a little bare with no table or sofa but not a big deal as we were out most of the day!
Staff were always helpful, early drop off to laundry daily. Location is in a very convenient place as nearby to the Siam shopping district. Was also nice being relatively close to Pratunam night market! Will easily consider P18 for future stays! Also it was very value stay :) there were also really friendly neighbourhood cats at night!

Hotel was nice, modern and convenient for the rail link. Rooms were basic but had air con, safe, fridge, kettle, a comfortable bed and reasonably priced. No windows but we only stayed for the 1 night so it was perfect for us. Staff were really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend

The positioning of the shower head could have been better, but other than that we do not have any problems.
A hidden gem in Bangkok, kudos to the team for accommodating all of our needs. The cleanliness of the facilities is exceptional, and the snacks & coffee is a big plus.
