Great stay and wonderful long weekend away. From start to finish the hotel was perfect. Nothing difficult to arrange and very kind and helpful hotel team. Pool area was very relaxing and food and beverages served were terrific - no matter what was ordered.

Very minor things: - Appliances in the bathroom and some of the finishes on the door handles, decorations are not well down. The gaps and joints can be visually detected. - I have a very light sleep and sometimes the TukTuks exhausts are so loud you could hear them in the room. (Otherwise the isolation is perfect, you don‘t hear a thing from the outside or other rooms). But ear buds did the trick and I slept like a baby.

The location in downtown Bangkok is great for shopping, food and as a hub to start exploring the city. Our stay was in April, so it was to hot to do anything else but lie on pool and relax. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also large enough to work on laptops and quiet enough for conference calls. Gym and pool area were great, we used them on a daily basis and they were never overcrowded (we stayed for 6 days in April) Notworthy: the view from the rooms and hotel is amazing. Also: We loved the food, it was really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

She took the time to provide us with valuable tips for exploring the city, which made our sightseeing adventures much smoother and more enjoyable. Diana's warm hospitality and genuine care for guests truly set the Park Hyatt Bangkok apart. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished to the highest standards of quality and comfort. We enjoyed peaceful nights of restful sleep in the plush bedding, and waking up to the breathtaking views of the city skyline. The room was very comfortable and the surrounding view attractive. The breakfast and accompanying service were beyond our expectations. Besides an excellent spread the ala carte Menü allowed us to eat almost anything we wanted. The waiting staff were amazing, not only responding promptly but also remembering our needs. The pool was lovely but the gym could do with a couple more machines. Central Embassy adjacent to the hotel and the nearby Ploenchit BST station accessible by an attached walkway were pleasant surprises.
