I had a bad experience, on the last Day of my stay, the room cleaner came into my room early in the morning at 7am using her room card without ringing my door bell.

Room, Location, Amenities, Staff are the major plus of this property. Room service and House keeping are very quick and responsive.

Hotel rooms were pleasant but not luxurious. Bar and meal costs were on the expensive side.

Room was pleasant provided slippers robes etc serviced daily. Pleasant view over the pool and the river. Convenient for travelling via river to sightseeing. Hotel held a Songkran Party which was free to guests. Large and pleasant bar area for people to relax in.

The breakfast was additional charge for us and was a little expensive...a lot of choice and pleasant views but possibly not value for money. There was a bar on site but again drinks appeared a little on the expensive side. In my opinion the rooms were a little tired and could do with a refurb.

The rooms were spacious and I had an upgrade on my room although not necessary was appreciated. The rooms were serviced every day. Provided slippers and bathrobes etc . The pool area was good and the free ferry transport was hourly. Lifts to all floors and views across the river and over the pool area. The restaurant area on site had a large outside space over looking the river. Pleasant evening entertainment in the bar area. The Hotel is well placed to travel the river to various tourist attractions/sites

-the price for the breakfast buffet is rather expensive, but hounestly the buffet is excellent.

The front desk staff are snobbish and act as if they are doing you a favor. I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the front desk staff. All other staff members were fantastic and more than made up for the terrible reception.

The hotel itself is quite old and it was difficult to adjust temperature of the bathroom. It was either too hot or too cold.

The bathroom was extremely small. There was literally not enough room to dry off once you exited the shower. Also, while the bedroom was pretty large, the way it was arranged required you to walk sideways around the bed to get into the bathroom.

excellent view of the river and had a separate seating area from the bedroom. The staff was extremely nice and professional, always smiling and asking if they could help us in any way. The reception area and first floor area very nice and inviting, with a luxurious feel to it.

I expected some more vibrant environments and vibe. The staff surprisingly did not understand much English.

Ramada in general is a no brainer and you just go for it. This was also no exception and it is just great value for money. They have their own boat service. The river view is amazing. The location is perfect.
