Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent service! Location is not close to BTS, but easily accessible by shuttle / cabs / bike etc. Supermarket is located on the next building and 7Eleven is about 7 mins walk away.

The only thing we didn't like was the thin wall. We could hear the traffic on the road and also dogs in other rooms barking.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were impressed with the size of the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely.

There was no restaurant or room service facility after 5pm, which felt very early.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and calm, the staff were so lovely and so helpful, the rooms were modern and very comfortable. The location is a bit further out but with scooter taxis being so cheap it didn't really bother us.

The hotel staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable, providing accurate information with great enthusiasm. The swimming pool is well-maintained and of a generous size. The rooms feature balconies and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Room service is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located just 20 minutes by taxi from the city center and MBK. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is poor because it is managed by Brunch Paradise. You would expect a buffet but you get two drinks and two dishes which is just okay. Perhaps it may be better to not offer breakfast as part of the booking, because it may not meet expectations. Normally you expect a huge buffet for a 4* hotel. I would personally take it out and keep the 10% discount if customer wish to have it.

Everything. The hotel is so clean, there is a co-working space downstairs. The pool and gym are nice too. I loved Oat and Mink who helped me out at the door and were so nice to me.

not in walking distance of popular locations but near by taxi

room clean, staff very friendly. we came with our cat. such a good experience. there is a rooftop u can relax with yout pet. also a small playground for children. they offered a cat toilet and toy and some free food. so lovely. location not bad. more quiet then the crowded popular locations.

The whole experience of our stay was amazing. The room we had was an apartment which had a washing machine. 😀. The area where the was hotel was great. The staff was amazing they were very helpful. The advice they gave was taken onaboard and they gave advice for the customers. We would definitely come back to this hotel. 😀😀😀.

Everything was amazing! It was clean and stuff were lovely. Even the guy at the gate taking care of cars was super lovely and helpful. With grab go (taxi service) we were able to go anywhere within 10-15 minutes. Food is good as well and you have some lovely restaurants near by.

Loved our stay at Shama Yen-Akat ! Perfectly situated in a chic Bangkok neighbourhood 😊 The room was great, the pool and the restaurant too. And the staff were so nice 👍 We also loved Latte the cutest French Bulldog 🐶

Honestly nothing to dislike. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was if the 7/11 was a little bit closer :)

It was very spaceious and clean. Extremely comfortable and everything worked like clockwork. I will 100% come back when i revisit Bangkok. The staff is extremely efficient, helpful and nice. In this short stay i‘ve had i had the chance to connect a little bit with Mink, and B. Young. Both of which are outstanding people, made me feel like i was just at home. I can definitely recommend the stay!

Thank you Khun Bank and Khun Plair team for taking such a good care of us. The staffs were amazing. They were all so polite and friendly. The room was more spacious than i expect. The bathroom was huge. It would be nice if they were to have a bathtub in the bathroom, that would be perfect. The aircon was great, lighting in the room was also warm and thoughtful. The internet was also really fast.
