The room is smaller than expected with no windows; the air-con is quite old and it wasn’t working that well; fewer plugs especially around the bed; all the lights are yellow; the shower water kind of smells a little and the shower head turned side way and the water was running softly.

Slightly more parking space than expected because of the location; the staff is really friendly and helpful; the room seemed new; nicely decorated; this price including breakfast plus the location is a great deal - near 7-11; sushi bar at the front; massage service with reasonable prices, but I didn’t have a chance to get the service; enough hangers provided; the door seemed to be secure; the sink is big; the storage is space is acceptable - enough for one person and there is plug next to the mirror!

Lots of the lightbulbs didn’t work in our room so it wasn’t as light as we would have liked at times. We didn’t have a city view as advertised on the website but this didn’t bother us much as we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room

Lovely modern decor. We loved the decoration around the hotel with model cars, mini motorbikes and the nutcrackers. The pool was small but lovely. The spa was very nice, I enjoyed a lovely oil massage. All staff were super friendly and helpful

The pillows were very firm and too tall, started to get some neck pain, the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great, the light was directly above the mirror but in a recess in the wall made it difficult to see yourself, wifi was ok but sometimrs patchy.

Very nice stay, staff were super helpful and friendly the room had nice decor, room and the public areas of the hotel were very clean too. Overall fantastic stay, the pool looked great and well maintained but we didn't use it during our stay, unfortunately.

The morning cleaning staff had a very loud talkie walkie it woke me up every morning during my stay and it was so loud you could hear each time they stopped in front of your door.

The lighting in the apartment is too dim to my liking, but I guess others won't mind. There were only 2 windows at the living area, and none in the rooms.

Location is just a short walk from Ratchathewi BTS. Quite a few eating establishments nearby, operating till late at night. 7-11 nearby to top up water or other cold drinks. Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, very spacious with firm mattress and firm pillow. Water heater works, and water pressure is ok. .The living area and the 2 rooms each have their own aircon and controller, so we could adjust the temperature to whatever we fancied. Housekeeping came by every day to make the beds, change towels, and even topped up 2 bottles of water into all 3 fridges (living area, rooms). Beware there are no lifts, but the reception guys will help carry your bags to your room.

Location is excellent with easy access to BTS STATION. Breakfast was certainly value for money. A quaint place with extremely attentive staff.
