The hotel room is very spacious and breakfast was fabulous with variety of choices. Hotel is also quite near to Chit Lom BTS (5 mins walking distance)

The pillar near the pool has shown rust which needed to be attended to as it may be heath hazardous.

The hotel has been exception on facilities and services. Given an upgrade to the one room Urban studio from the King Studio that I have booked and at the lower block. This block is much quieter and easy lift access. The pool and gym have been exceptional, especially the infinity pool with a wonderful view of Bangkok skyline. The breakfast spread is good and the fench toast is one of the best i have tested. . Staff are exceptional and a shout out to the front desk staff, Puun, she was really helpful and provided an efficient and smooth check in and out. She is ever ready with a great smile.The team at the breakfast is very attentive , efficient and great service. The location is more in a quiet condo residence area which is just perfect and yet only 10 mins walk to the nearest BTS station. Keep up the great service and will be back again soon.

The hotel is comprised of two buildings. When booking the room on booking.com it is not clear from any room descriptions or hotel description that this is the case. When we checked in, to get to hotel room, we had to leave the main building (with the roof top pool), cross the street and go up elevator. Not great as one of the main reasons we booked was for the pool so going from our room with robes on, down elevator, cross the street, through the lobby, up the elevator and repeat on the way back was not tolerable for us. We did switch rooms. Also the 7-11 on site of the hotel is a rip off to tourists, please avoid it and go the 7-11 few doors down.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to all the malls and great restaurants. Walking distance to the metro line which we used to get to the weekend market very easily and avoiding the traffic. Rooftop pool and bar were enjoyable and for the size of hotel surprisingly the pool and bar were not overcrowded. Breakfast was also great but in comparison to others on the trip there is a big emphasis on build-your-own noodle soup and with temperatures reaching 40C soup was last on my mind.

Todo. This was my second visit in two weeks. The location, design, comfort and genuine warm personalities of the staff do not always come together. This definitely felt like a home away from home. I had the opportunity to stay a suite/apartment this last time, which was surprisingly just as good (maybe even better) than the rooms of the main hotel next door.

breakfast was standard with low variation from one day to the other. Halal options were very limited IHG points are not counted since the booking came from booking.com, it kind of forces me to not use booking.com app!

By accident, we broke a glass in our bedroom, of which incidente we informed the receptionist on duty. Upon check out, we were charged, a truly little amount, for the glass. This was kind of unexpected for such a high level hotel.

Every thing was truly outstanding, with a small exception… one of the best hotels I visited in my life (and I travel a lot).
