Rooms are very small but for the price you pay it is absolutely fine!

Very very friendly staff. They always available and help in any situation. The hostel rooms are small but have everything you need. Also located at a small river- nice views from the room. Free ice cream and good location.

As there are no lifts, we need to climb up 5 storeys. There are also some sharp corner but we had to be careful with it

I went with my family and had a pleasant stay. The room is clean and comfy. My children have a great time during our stay. There are street foods around the corner. Location-wise, it is not near the BTS/MRT stations, but we can get around by bus or Grab. Bonus: There are free ice cream, and my children enjoyed it a lot as the weather is pretty hot.

The bunk bed is private and comfortable, however it is a bit hard to sit up straight in there because of the height of the bed. It was not that big of an issue at all though. Still a 10/10 experience :-)

The LOL Elephant Hostel was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The location was about an hour away from the Bangkok International Airport (BKK) and I used Grab for transportation. The location is surrounded by local residents and businesses which enhances the cultural experience. I overall recommend The LOL Elephant Hostel!

Good and helpful staff. Good internet connection and private bed. There was a common area where I could work from and they offer free ice cream at 3p.m 😍 , which is something i've never seen in any other hostel I stayed in. The area is really close to Khason Road but not noisy. The only observation is that there is no near metro station, if you wanna go there, you must walk around 15min (it's ok...).

Really comfortable, modern but tasteful hostel. Comfy beds with great privacy, free ice cream in the afternoon, the perfect location for exploring Bangkok. Staff were hugely friendly and accommodating, the perfect hostel to get a good rest in after a long hot Bangkok day, though not a 'social' hostel so harder to meet people than other places.

The bathroom stalls were a little small (and I’m quite petite at 1.55cm), and there’s only one shower in the women’s bathroom. The ceiling in the pod is also quite low. I had to crouch in order to sit upright so this might be problematic if you’re tall.

Happy hour ice cream! And there was a super cute balcony in the common area. The pods gave a good feeling of privacy, and the staff was super friendly. It was clean and modern, very comfortable.

The only thing that reduce the rating is female capsule ceiling is too low...i unable to sit on bed...Apart from this, all other is super good....

The bed frame was really short, you can’t even sit straight.

The place was stylish… suuuper clean, the cleanest place I have ever been to. The staff was so nice and helpful. Plus there is happy hour for ice scream. Bed was comfy and very clean.

The location is just right to go around the city and peaceful enough to rest and recharge. The staff is very accommodating and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable and so are the common areas, definitely recommend it for people visiting Bangkok for the first time.

The room was very small and there was no window.

Location is good and bed was very comfortable. Even in the dorm, you feel the privacy as you can close your curtains.

Nothing. Good balance quality/price. Room maybe a bit small and water from the shower in the bathroom that goes a bit everywhere as there is no demarcation on the floor. But no Big deal

Only downside was that they did not allow a check-in before 2PM, although another room checked out early in the morning. As exhausted travelers, an early check-in even with an additional cost would have been very helpful.

Excellent staff, very good amenities, excellent location! Everything was clean and free ice cream was much needed :)
