The Rose Residence is situated in a very quiet side street in a very vibrant neighborhood in Bangkok. The property does have a few small things like flaking paint here and there, the pool decking needed some repairs, but that did not in anyway annoy us. This hotel has a lot of old school charm. The staff were extremely kind and courteous and the breakfast amazing in an amazing setting. The rooftop pool was great to cool off in from the Bangkok humidity. I would definitely stay here again with pleasure.

Location could be an issue when getting a taxi Grab worked like a dream but local taxis -some of them didn’t know the place -So tell them it’s near Le meridian

The pool loses the sun from early afternoon, so that may very well be an issue for the sun lovers. Only around 8 sun beds.

The location is quiet, yet close to the night markets & many restaurants & bars. The staff are lovely.

The staffs were very approachable and helpful. Always have a smile on their face. The lil handwritten welcome note in the room was also a nice touch. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was also excellent. 10/10 for me. I'll definitely stay again.

The property is a beautiful 1960s colonial-style building set in a lovely oasis of garden in the heart of Bangkok. The location is amazingly convenient, super close to major train lines - both the Metro underground and the Sky Train - and very close to the busy shopping/business district of Silom, as well as the historic night market at Patpong (walking distance). The Rose Residence has a beautiful pool and beautiful lush vegetation surrounding the property and they have really managed to create a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were consistently amazing and the service was above-and-beyond, making one feel very well cared for! Truly a remarkable, warm experience. Highly recommend.

Cleaning in the room could be better and drinks required in mini bar, nuts or crisps.

Liked the Location near to night market, food and plenty of massage options right opposite. Breakfast room size and bathroom all excellent. The fruit at breakfast quality could be better as was over ripe otherwise very nice. The decor had homely feel and staff were very helpful.

There's a building nearby that is being repaired or even demolished. It's noisy in the daytime but it is not their fault.

Awesome location! This hotel is like an oasis smacked in the middle of tall buildings and businesses. Once you are in the compound, you are gifted with an amazing garden, two swimming pools and an award winning restaurant. The service was beyond my expectations. It's just A-1 and very friendly too!

Maintenance is their weakness. People from the Rose apartments can come to the pool and it’s not the same level or type of people. People from the apartments were drinking inside the pool and loud.

Beautiful place to stay in Bangkok. It gives you the feeling of a peaceful aristocratic residence. The staff is very kind and always at your service. The location is excellent. There was an occasional "whiff" of drains, which is probably a temporary issue. Otherwise, faultless.

A haven of peace and tranquility in a huge busy city, this boutique hotel is located in the well-known Pat Pong area and thus central to everything. It really is quite exceptional . Our room was very large and well appointed, the staff charming and extremely helpful - they could not do enough for us. The hotel boasts two pools, one in a quiet garden at ground level; one at roof top level. Not sure if the restaurant is part of the hotel or independent, but it serves fabulous food - and is very sympathetic to dietary allergies. Highly recommended if you like boutique hotels.
