The heat on the 6th floor goes to our room. It's just a minor thing I will definitely go back to stay here. Suggestions if you could also provide the bathrobe and slippers (that can be re-used) that's a plus, additional socket as well.

The staff are very welcoming 😄. Book this hotel and see what's on the 2nd floor and the lobby was really breathtaking what you see is what you get. Amazing experience 🥳😍

- the room was more than enough for one person, but might be a bit too small for two since there’s not a lot of space for your luggage - the room had very large windows which are nice to let a lot of sunlight in, but it’s directly facing neighboring buildings where people still live in, so I couldn’t open the curtains in the morning as I was worried that people could look into my room - shower and toilet are in one room, so if you’re not careful the floor can get flooded easily

- very nice and helpful staff - the two water bottles per day were incredibly helpful - location is great: near Chinatown, metro station, convenience stores and cafes

There was limited dining choice, but that really didn't affect us as we usually eat out anyway.

This hotel is located very close to China town, and the public transport system. There was also a tour desk located in the foyer, that was able to organize tours or airport transfers. We stayed in a deluxe twin bed room - the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was nicely refurbished. Shampoo/conditioner was included (wall mounted container). The air conditioner worked well, and our room was quiet, but the room was on the small size - however, it was great value for the price. We were able to store our luggage after checkout until we left for the airport later that day, which was very convenient.

The property was a little noisy. But could have been a factor of who was staying there.

The staff were amazing. The room was comfortable. Don’t think the property is as glamorous as the online pictures show. It is also near Chinatown, which is a cool place, but sometimes taxis won’t take you back into other parts of Bangkok. The train station (blue line) is pretty close (5-6 min walk).

The location was perfect. The staff was very happy and friendly. We liked that there was an elevator. Even though we had put that we didn’t want them to make our room, they still left us a little bag with some water and toilet paper.

The shower temperature setting was a little temperamental, but nothing major.

Great value for money. The staff were lovely and so helpful, we truly appreciated them. Loved the location close to the main Chinatown strip, but not on it so it was quiet. Easy metro or grab ride to all sights. The room itself was comfortable, linens crisp and clean, cleaning staff did not intrude when the Do not disturb sign was left up (as we did not want daily cleaning), which I really liked and is not always the case. They left water bottles and extras in a bag on the door handle on those days. Aircon also worked great and was quiet.

During the night time could be a bit of awkward and scary. Some ladies sit outside hotels waiting for their patrons, and homeless people sleep around the corner.

We could hear the noise from the walkway, and there was only a rain shower for showering.

The location is nearby Chianatown, far from MRT Wat Mangkon for 6 minutes. The staff is so nice, friendly, and happy to help. They also have a taxi service corner in the hotel to support your transportation. Our room was bigger than expectations.
