Price is a little more for the place. You can reduce the cleaning charge, 120 USD is too much. I am not sure if this is charged on a daily basis or per stay. We stayed for 2 nights, and no one cleaned the room in between. We did not feel it needed any cleaning. Staff was friendly except the guy in cloakroom who lacked a smile on his face, and I felt as if it was very painful for him to reply to any query.

Lots of people in the lift, we had to wait several times, or take the stairs from the 8th floor. The room was not very clean, neither the bathroom. There is definitely not enough space for 6 people in the room. The bathroom is tiny and doesn't have enough space for things or towels of 6 ppl. The cooking equipment and the air-con must be dating from the 60s, i've never seen anything that old, and was afraid to use the stove. There are signs everywhere about how much you will pay if you break things - 200 $ for the microwave, 500$ for blocking the toilet. The microwave was forth 200$ only if it was sold as an antique item.

Easy access to the subway. 24/7 consierge at the entrance. Less noise than expected.

When we arrived the first day, we found the lady on the reception disgusting and little willing to help. On the other hand, I consider that the guarantee method is uncomfortable for non local foreigners since you have to leave cash, and if you’re checking out in the morning they’ll give you the guarantee back by paypal. Today in each hotel they can make a hold in the card.

It was small but expected. Just took a bit to get used to. The hallway always smelled like marijuana but the smell never got inside the room which was great.

It was filled with everything one might need on a trip. It was near everything and if it wasn’t Metro was nearby. Nice people. Host was quick on responding :)

The heating was stuck on so the room was very hot. We had 6 people stay and it was incredibly cramped, but I suppose that's what we expected for the price. We probably should have stayed somewhere larger since we were there for a whole week.

Amazing location, just minutes from the Empire State Building. The apartment is in a block with concierge service which felt secure.

The system for checking out was very long. Only one person checking in and checking out,as well as looking at all the rooms to see about deposits.

The building is pretty old, and I would have not stayed in the same residence if I did not have private restrooms. In fact, the shared restrooms on the floor were dirty and smelly.

The position is amazing, the room is comfortable and has everything you need even though is a bit smaller. There are two queen size beds but the room is at most for three people as there would not be enough space for the luggage. The bathroom was clean, and there is also a fridge and a small kitchen.

It was quite noisy at night, other residents and the radiator system made a very loud noises throughout the night.

I travelled with my three daughters, there was one or two things I didn’t like 1. The beds were not very comfortable but we were so tired every night we slept 2. There is no wardrobe in the apartment 3. Check-out is at 10am and you have to pay $5 per case to have luggage stored and 4. There is only one elevator which gets very busy

The location of the apartment was amazing, just a few minutes walk from Macy’s. The apartment is small but we knew that before we went over. We only slept in the apartment really, we were gone every day. The shower is amazing. It was great to have kitchen equipment to use within the apartment.

One of the bed mattresses was thin and very uncomfortable. The beds did not have headboards so the pillows kept dropping on the floor, so sitting up in bed to watch the telly was virtually impossible. We booked 2 rooms, one for my grandson and one for my friend, my granddaughter and me and we were hoping that we would be together, well at least on the same floor, but he was allocated a room on the 3rd floor and we were on the 5th floor, which was a little disappointing. The bathroom was small but adequate for our needs.

Tableware mostly damaged and with cracks same with sink in the bathroom. As expected quite noisy and light during night. Quite thin walls to the bordering apartments.

The location in the center of Manhattan. All in walking distance. Close to main sights. Issue with not working toilet was solved immediately.
